Post by: figmentofmyass on November 11, 2017, 11:29:55 PM cobra is the co-owner of bitcoin.org and bitcointalk.org. i don't believe that he is a bitcoin developer, but someone can correct me if i'm wrong. anyway, he has gained somewhat of a following over the past year or so and obviously holds some influence due to his ownership in bitcoin.org and bitcointalk.

Post by: arklan on November 12, 2017, 01:04:04 AM is it even possible to have a POW algorithim that can't be processed on an ASIC chip? cause, if it's not, then all a change would do is very briefly reset the field of miners. but not really, because big guys like bitmain have the money and connection to get chips made as it is.
so, what algoritihim is ASIC proof? |
