Verified by phone you mean? 3$ is overkill man, you can sent 3$ to http://smspva.com/ and verify 30 gmail accounts with them. Mostly RU numbers, but they aren't VOIP and work pretty good. Not sure if it's allowed by their TOS though, so use it at own risk.
