Post by: JTPhotography on November 13, 2017, 03:27:37 PM
Is there a site for alts that operates like coinbase, where you buy directly from a bank account or credit card?

Most popular alternative for coinbase is kraken, still the best rates can be obtained from local dealers which deals directly in your currency and bank accounts of your nation.

I wish.

How good it will be if Binance or Bittrex can accept $ or Euro & other currencies...I think it will help cryptocurrency wean dependency from BTC and avoid most of these nonsense pumps.

I don't use Binance and Bittrex but a lot of exchanges that support $ as USDT, example: cryptopia.co.nz.... Here you can avoid the volatility of Bitcoin

This is best option for you just buy bitcoins from Coinbase or Kraken and then buy altcoins from here or any other exchange is good for you because of of exchanges not taking fiat money from any way

Take a look at OXY. They are developing an app (android and ios) that will allow buying cryptos instantly with a click of a button (or maybe two).
Can't wait to see it live.

Thanks.  I know USDT and I avoid it like the plague. ;)

In case you missed it, the benefit of exchanges accepting $ (or legal tender currencies) is to buy crypto w/o buying BTC...cut off the "middleman" in a way.

For altcoin's I recomended Waves platform - you can use BTC ETH, LTC, WAVES, ZCASH --- USD and EURO. Very fast platform.

Available as an app on chrome or on the web. When you install the wallet, look at the WavePay token - it has its first distribution and is a good opportunity to buy and earn.

Not yet there isn't. Hopefully one day because it would made buying and selling much easier. Plus it would help break the dependence on Bitcoin. Getting real sick of alts going down because Bitcoin decides to screw the market.
