Title: Typical nicehash delta
Post by: ra213 on November 13, 2017, 08:25:22 PM
What is your typical delta on nicehash for long term rents (> 4 hours)? Are short bursts working? I tried it and had a delta of -85% (see image)

It's not nicehash typical - it's typical delta for some algorythms such as cryptonight.

Observed the same issue with nicehash (quark algo) not just for > 4 hours orders but also with short time orders. But when I placed fixed orders (instead of standard) I got stable hash rate for > 4 hours.

Non-fixed orders are subject to other folks "competing" with your price - fixed orders are guarenteed to get their hash FIRST no matter what (unless there isn't enough hash to fill ALL of the fixed orders, then they compete with the OTHER fixed orders for the hash and nothing else is left over).

Thanks. I tried to get continuous speed with a higher price, but still many up and downs. Next time i will test a standard order, although they are expensive.
