Title: Annoying Errors in Bitcointalk?
Post by: CoPil on November 14, 2017, 03:19:41 AM
When posting or replying to discussions, I often experience error. I do not know why. This is really a hassle. How can I prevent or at least get rid of it?

PS: An error occurred while I'm posting this...  >:( ???

It says: An Error Has Occurred!
The last posting from your IP was less than 360 seconds ago. Please try again later. The thing you were trying to post was saved as a draft. This limit decreases substantially as your account becomes more established.

But actually my last post has already been more than 360 seconds.

It could be the problem of connecting your internet connection.
Your ID is still newbie so this could be a problem. So you post after a little while. After at least 10-15 minutes. Then maybe it would be better. If you do this, then hopefully there will be no problem.

This can be a problem with your internet connection. And if you are a nyubee then it may be annoying for a while because you have to post it a little later, and you will not get any big budget.

Refresh page, if you're sure that 7 minutes (yeah, more than 360s) has passed, then you maybe on a network with shared IP.

What the fuck, this is not a problem of bitcoin and the whole bitcoin network, this is because you are a newbie, you are not allowed to post more than one time every six minutes, or just reply to other peoples posts, not even sending more than 1 pm every six minutes.
This is annoying, but it prevents newbies from spam and yes, obviously that those bots that are always creating accounts in order to spam referral links or any other kind of bullshit.

It is normal error, the site is programmed to have some delay in posting per time. Whenever such appears just hold a little like 2 or 3 minutes before posting your next post. It normal rules one have to obey in the forum.

I believe there should be a time gap between different postings to avoid these errors from coming up frequently. Do try and take time to read through what others have typed to while away the time and don't just try to keeping to the exact timing; exceeding the 360s is good to get your post through. I did experienced this error initially but got over it with this idea. Try it, it will work for you too. Every error encountered is a precaution set to avoid spammers too.

It just check you, that's all right. You are a new member, aren't you? I have such problems too, but I don't think that it's very significant.
