If you meant that there are many new ICO's that are being launched but not getting significant money, then I think the reason of this is that people have learnt and are researching before putting their money blindly into ICO's.

Too much ICO help investors get big profit (x2 - x10), but the late comer have to buy with super high price. At the end, all ICO price lower than the sale price. So that why people dont want to throw their money after the ICO. Follow that, ICO will bring no profit to investors, so no one interested in ICO more.
