Worth to advise: you'd better take away those original BTC from that wallet, which private key you gonna import to... Instructions are online. From Coinomi I transferred Gold to HitBTC and traded them to BTC.
So it all depends where you had your BTC during fork. Ps. Coinomi is legit, but there are scammers which try to pose as Coinomi. You are correct Coinomi is on android only as far as I know. Which wallet do you use, I'm sure in time most wallets will support, you will just have to wait a little longer.
