After reading a reply over here, i just cross-checked it on google and found that the rank of Kerala just fell down to 1 rank, in other words Kerala Holds Rank 2 - Rank 6 for the Highest Literate Cities of India (including cities Kochi, Thrissur, Kozhikode, Alappuzha, Thiruvananthapuram) Anyways, the answer to your question is the city Aizawl which is in the state Mizoram |
