That works better for budget oriented people. I've suggested OP to take a look at others (i.e. not myself) due to the fee.

You should not be holding anyone's money regardless of whether it would be for free or not. Sounds like either an attempt scam or attempted trust farming.

I know a number of people here that started doing escrows for free, that helped them gain the reputation needed to eventually do it full time for a fee. What's wrong with me doing the same? You know what, don't answer it.
