Are you forgetting some of the words from your private key and addy? Can you tell me about where are you store your coin? i meant where is the chain that has used by you to store your coin?
To forget some digits of your privatekey will become a serious problem. The wallet has made by encryption into sha256.
That will be so difficult or even impossible to know about the start of your addy and privatekey. That's impossible.

Where did you store this coin or token? If you can help with more information than we may be able to help you indentify it. I don't remember seeing anything with those letters at the beginning before so far.

tall order. Just do a google search maybe it can help you out, or go to coinmarketcap.com and sort the coins list in alphabetical order, start from the coins that starts with alphabet S, you should be close.

Even if we want to help you for your problem, it is impossible for us to help about it because it is a serious problem. We can't recover it unless you can remember your private key and addy.

Do you have a timestamp from the file or an idea? It will help us eliminate some of the newer coins.

If you able to take down notes of it, then try to remember all your hold and saved tokens in the past where you able to get your private key.

Private key starts with any letter and numbers so to sort difficulties, you must help yourself since you are the only who knows what coins you posseses in the past. Update us here if there is changes.

Hmm, I'm wondering if your coin is Syscoin but due to changes in their system your old address is no longer valid so it doesn't show up on the block explorer? Not sure about this though, just some info I gleaned.

If that's the case you'll need to download the latest Syscoin wallet and importprivkey. This info via here (http://support.blockchainfoundry.co/support/solutions/articles/31000130776-how-do-i-import-my-private-keys-from-2-0-to-2-x-).

I did just run a script on every coin at https://chainz.cryptoid.info and none of those 247 coins shows a balance for that address.

Code:
for i in `cat crypto-coins.csv`; do printf $i:; curl "https://chainz.cryptoid.info/$i/api.dws?q=getbalance&a=ShrLjUFzN55SSUjQy4af3dHjvat4WyuooQ"; printf "\n";sleep 11; done

I dont think anyone will tell it from the wallet. Its very hard honestly.
