Title: Problem with Bitpay Debit Card - Offering Reward for help! Post by: helpmywallet on November 15, 2017, 05:40:28 AM I use a Bitpay Debit and load funds via bitcoin on the bitpay mobile app. This process works for me about 95 percent of the time.
I currently have two large amounts of money pending confirms on the app and not loaded to my balance yet. It has been days and the blockchain shows multiple confirms. I have reached out to support and got no response. Has this happen to anyone else and how did you resolve the issue? Does Bitpay have a presence on BTCTalk? I have called the number on the card itself and they supposedly emailed bitpay... Their support is a joke!!!! |
