Hello everyone!

I'm new here, and i'm also new to buying/trading cryptocurrencies in general. For now i need help with a couple questions.

1 - Where should i acquire Bitcoin?

2 - Best way to store it? which wallet should i use?

3 - Which exchange should i use for trading? ( if possible list more than one and explain their advantages/disadvantages)

1 - You’ll need to find a Bitcoin exchange that accepts your preferred payment method. Different payment methods also incur varying fees. Credit card purchases, for example, are often charged a fee of 3-10%, while most deposits with bank transfers are free. More information about fees can be found on each exchange’s website.

     In my opinion, two of the best exchanges are Kraken and Xapo.

1. Where to buy it you mean? Coinbase, Kraken or just from individuals on the forums.
2. If you're holding small amounts and you're using bitcoins on a daily basis, go with Electrum otherwise invest into a hardware wallet.
3. Trading it for what? Altcoins? then you have Bittrex, Poloniex, Hitbtc and a few others, as for USD or fiat in general then websites I gave above should do the trick.

Next time, try Google-ing your questions or at least use the forum's search function before asking questions.

3. I personally prefer Binance due to it's large selection of coins and due to it's low trading fee (0.1%).

The limits, fees, accepted payment methods, restricted countries etc. also, add Bitstamp to the list. I suggest checking them out and see what fits you more.

Many useful information can be found on Youtube. There are also many interesting books, but I think it is only at a later stage of the bitcoin adventure. Remember not to give up too quickly.

2. If you looking for good wallet i recommend you blockhain. I am using him long time and it is the best for me. Low fee for transaction is very useful

There's actually no reason to use them because they have "low fees", they're basically a less secure, and less inclusive desktop wallet.

They are missing important features such as CPFP or RBF on transactions, so i'd say it is actually quite the opposite of offering "low fees".

Many answers and useful information on the questions you are about to find on Youtube. This is a great site where you can find videos for both beginners and advanced users.

2. software wallet, but you must keep your computer clean from viruses, advantage is u control coins and only u
3. gemini/bitstamp/bitfinex, most known ones, reliable

Hello.. so does electrum wallet have these features?

1) I have acquired Bitcoins through Coinbase and it worked well for me. They may only serve American customers but I’m not sure. You will need to supply information about your identity and bank account.

2) I prefer to store Bitcoins in a paper wallet but any wallet where you control the private keys should be okay. Don’t store Bitcoins on exchanges where you don’t control private keys.

3) For trading, Bittrex seems to be a good exchange. Kraken I have heard is okay. Bitfinex is good but it doesn’t support American customers. Poloniex is okay except their support is slow.

i think you should not buy only bitcoin. bitcoin now has a high price and it is not possible to get more profit when you invest to it ' for my opinion only'. there are lots of altcoins there that you can buy, trade, exchange and get more profit. look for the specification and history how good there was.

but if you want bitcoin you can buy it locally in your country because in my country does. you can also store it locally if there is too. but if not there are sites like bittrex and lots of more sites behind this.

I'm also new here. What I'm trying to do now at the moment I bought a portion of bitcoin and probably will sell it when it goes a bit higher. This method I think is not that risky because the price of bitcoin I think is just about to boom as countries recognize and support this currency. Not too dangerous but still need to get some good investment. btw I use coins.ph

About wallet: everyone will give you "his" to use it cause they made some transactions with them but you need to find one which will allow you the most comfortable work.

Join the signature campaigns in this forum so you can get bitcoins as payment or buy bitcoins from trusted exchanges. Other use the social media to acquire bitcoins by online investmens. You can find enough information about bitcoin wallet in our forum or search the google for more information.

though i am also newbie here so i dont know any more. but i can say to join the bounty campaign or signature campaign to earn some btc.from bounty you can get token.and after selling the token you will get some btc.and blockchain wallet is best in my opinion.

In the beginners & Help section there are some posts that you should read. Bitcoin Wallets - Which, what, Why? How to earn Bitcoins, Newbies read before posting, and Verifying Bitcoin core (if you are interested in learning about bitcoin core).
Obviously, others have posted the same questions as you or similar ones, including myself,  so scoring the Beginners and Help section for other similar posts help. I can't say I've been perfect and haven't asked questions before fully reading those sections, but they do help and have been put together for a reason.

You can buy bitcoins within your country locally you can research about the online exchange sites like coins.ph where you can buy and sell bitcoins. They provide a bitcoin wallet where you can store your coins and use them for any transaction you want to do with your coins or you can just store it there as investment.
