You're doing something which is not right because the moderator of this forum believe that buying or selling of account encourage spamming this forum. Why don't you look for someone with the above rank mention to help you instead of buying account.

This is not the right section for posting this. I suggest you to move this thread to invites and accounts section of this forum.
Be carefull when buying the accounts because most of the accounts selling here are hacked accounts and if you use hacked accounts,
then definitely moderators will ban your account. If you are buying this account for your ICO , then dont even think about buying a account.
Use your newbie account for your ICO and ask some high rank persons to post your thread for some price.

Go to 'Auctions' at 'Marketplace'. There is a market there for what you are looking for. However, many forum members frown at sale of accounts because those bought accounts may be used to spam or scam the less wary. You have to proceed carefully there to avoid getting scammed yourself. As a rule, don't trust people in trades online. Always use escrow. There are established escrow services on the forum. Just ask questions.
