I had transferred in 14 zec into my exchange account and it is sitting there as unconfirmed for 7 days.... I had set the transaction fee low and realized my mistake afterwards, but now I have over a 1000 confirmations and bitfinex is showing 0. I've got this issue before with a BTC deposit. It wasn't ZCash but basically what happened was i got more than enough confirmations on my deposit for it to be confirmed but after like the 2nd confirmation on my deposit the whole thing just stopped updating altogether. If they're not replying then try reach them on twitter or other social media, hopefully they'll get to your case. They really need to fix their confirmation feed, it's consistently delayed, even compared to poloniex/bittrex.
