I have a ether.li wallet and I have 1.928 ETH on this address: 0x49B91ffC5ae2476841C5aF593585Fd7C3596A67a I can login in my ether.li account, I have that printed file with the backup infos (encrypted private key, backup key address, user key address), but I don't know how I can send the amount of ETH to another address... Any solutions, steps to complete to be able to transfer the funds? I will pay $100 to the one who helps me to recover the ETH. If not, then I suggest you do it. I think the problem why you cannot transfer your funds to another wallet is because your user account doesn't have enough balance in it which, I think, is needed to execute a contract and make a transaction. Try it and if this doesn't work, better send a message to the developers of EtherLi (https://www.ether.li/faq) and see if they can manage to help you with your problem. Good luck! Double check your private key maybe you accidentally deleted some characters and provided with the wrong combination.
