Post by: pedrog on June 23, 2013, 02:20:13 PM
What is the current transaction fee policy?

How accurate or inaccurate is this article: http://bitcoinfees.com/

It's still accurate as far as I know.

However I'll gratefully accept any reports of errors or omissions, admin@bitcoinfees.com or PM me :)

Oh, when I posted this it was a bit outdated, I noticed you updated the info some time after.

Thanks.

I think there should be an addition that sending a payment that qualifies as free, although it will go through eventually, can take a long time. I've had one take up to 36 hours to get into a block when sending 1.3 BTC.

Thanks. Although the text doesn't say that, something like that is written in the last image.

I'll have it added to the actual text somewhere.
