I will not be launching a coin here since its for bitcoins. This coin will be launched on cryptocointalk.com only and will be in the next 24-48 hours most likely I'm not in a rush. The coin is a zero premine scaled launch and uses NVC based PoS more details will follow at launch. Feel free to spread the word.

So your not announcing your new alt here at all?

No I feel altcoins should be separate from bitcointalk.org so I am releasing it only there and simply giving folk a heads up as I want it to be a fair launch. So cryptocointalk.org is the place for altcoins this is the place for bitcoins.

At least some common sense which I haven't seen a lot lately.

Now if only everyone else would see the light and start doing this lol. Maybe we should point out that its on this board so others can follow suit haha.

...except there is a sub-forum for alternate cryptocurrencies called, are you ready for this - "Alternate Cryptocurrencies"!  There's plenty of non-bitcoin and non-cryptocurrency related topics on this board as well, should that all be redirected to a separate website because this one is called bitcointalk?  

And notice how the OP still comes here to make a sudo-announcement to get attention to his coin and possibly cryptocointalk.  That's because this is where the traffic is.

There are lots of us who would prefer to do altcoins elsewhere including from what I have seen 90% of the mods of bitcointalk. They wont support alts anymore than they currently do so why not support a site that wants them and allow bitcointalk to be what it is.

Your absolutely correct I came here because this is the focal point of the bitcoin universe I would prefer to advertise the coin I'm putting out as I would prefer a fair launch. I support cryptocointalk.com because its an Alt currencies centric website. Bitcointalk.org is for bitcoins I get that and would prefer to move all the traffic. From what I understand the mods here also would like to see that happen. So yes you and many many others get there info here for altcoins I would like to change that.

Another coin WOW - just what we need

Not sure I agree with this. BTC being a crypto currency means that it is inherently relevant to other crypto currency discussion IMO. Plus, it's the best way to get support for a new coin.

I understand your skepticism heck you might not even like the coin or maybe you will. Why did we make it? For fun of course nothing more nothing less and we think we can do better than a good bunch of the ones people are trading now.

 I would love bitcointalk to grow the alt boards but they wont and don't want to so I encourage others to move their altcoin talk to list them elsewhere as well.
