The team locked up the tokens that could have been sold for 3.5 million, and now the circulating supply will stay low as it is. And they are still not even in top 250 market cap so still a sleeper imo. It shows that this team is really not greedy after having only a 400k hard cap on ICO and committed fully to the project!
