Yes they seems to start adding support for altcoin, but this isn't the main reason. Blockchain.info is one of NYA/Segwit2X supporters. No wonder they're adding support for Bitcoin Cash. Had Segwit2X fork wasn't canceled, I'm sure they would support B2X instead of Bitcoin Cash. Bitcoin Cash competition is far from over I guess. Yup, I agree. Ver and co are still supporting it but they are fighting a losing battle. BCH won't stand a chance against Bitcoin with Segwit, LN, and Schnorr.
