I have tried several times logging in to my account, i just keep getting "invalid user" and now Account temporarily disabled !!

I have followed the kraken help guide, and changed the password, nothing helps. Support is not answering me.

What is going on?

The site is buggy these days for a lot of us and several problems are occurring. Someone posted here having the same problem as you. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2396547.0 So I think it's one of their bugs. They told us they are trying to fix all their errors, I hope it will be done this year. ::) Maybe you should try later and check again if the error is still here (considering it is a bug)

Yes, it's probably a bug or locked account because of too many failed logins(yeah I know, invalid user).

I am also damned this time around.
Finally managed to buy ETH with fiat after placing hundreds of orders. As I thought that things were finally going smooth, I get greeted with

Honestly only Kraken support can answer you for what really happened. The temporary disabled was triggered because of failed login attempts many times.

I suggest to just keep bumping your ticket there although it some kind of hassle thing to do. Hope that one of these you can get a respond from them.

I am still not able to log in to my account. Jesus this is frustrating

I`m having the same problem now.
They replied after a while and said that they will forward this to an Account Access Specialist. But nothing happend.

Same. Same. As soon as I get back in, I'm moving funds to cold wallet and never looking back at Kraken again. So unprofessional imo. If your bank disabled your account with no explanation or even better, TD-Ameritrade did, heads would roll, they would probably make the evening news.

My account has been blocked because i tried few time with a wrong password.. my mistake but now my account is "Account temporarily disabled", I tried to recover via their method, impossible, so i opened tickets to ask them and no news... I followed all instruction but nobody answer, this was three weeks ago. Is anyone in the same situation ? What should I do ? How can I get my account back again ?

Make an account on reddit and post your problem in the thread along with your ticket number - a staff member there should be able to help you.
