This is already commonplace, the average cost is now very expensive, popular exchanges such as bittrex are expensive, plus it is difficult to verify the requested data exchange.

Poloniex and cryptopia have low fees. But I don't know, if they are the lowest right now. But there is a second aspect of exchange vosts. The withdraw fees should be calculated, before you exchange to your wanted cryptocurrency. If they are to high, then low exchange fees are worthless for you.

Which exchange has the lowest fee for trading altcoins?

In terms of the lowest fee rate I think etherdelta is the one has the lowest exchange platform. Then, next is Bittrex, because in this platform  it charges 0.001 BTC just something like that.

For me the lowest fee is binance.
Just hold a binance coin and you will have a 50% discount on trade and fees.
therefore having 0.05% fee on trading

With also an Mobile APP you can easily trade your altcoins.

I think Poloniex have the lowest fee and more number of coins for trade,so you can try this trading site for altcoin trading. And Binance and Bittrex is also well reputed exchange but the fee might be little higher than Poloniex.

Yes, compared to all other exchanges Poloniex and Bittrex have low withdrawal fee, from the beginning Poloniex is charging very low withdrawal and rest of the exchange are charging nearly 0.001 BTC very high for a normal trader.

Okex must include KYC in registration. this makes it difficult for me.
they need a passport to register, I only have ID card.

I am much more comfortable trading with gate.io not just because their exchange charges is low but because their platform is also user friendly.

In top exchanges you can find the good rate of fees as trading commission in the binance and bitrex only. I am not sure whether they have opened up for sign up now. In two weeks you will find the signup option on binance opening it.

Since fees are high there are huge number of people migrating the from one exchange to another once in while. So binance give the better service for that issue.

Etherdelta is terrible mate. Its low fee because its just paying the gas fee only but when you kno that etherdelta has many fail transaction so when we try to transfer our token to their contract address, its not always success in one time but maybe take more than 2 times. It make our etherium balance decrease for paying fail transaction gas fee. Idex.marke is better and quicker too.

Hey, man.

I use hitbit, bittrex, yobit and other exchanges. The size of these exchanges is very large, but the user experience is rather poor. This seems a bit trickier to use. I like more convenient communication.

Also tried some new exchanges

E.g:
Bibox (completely replicates binance, but overall is still relatively normal)
IDEX (decentralized trading, trading is particularly troublesome)
Bitpaction (current trading volume is too small, the market did not promote it)

At present, no exchange fee is the cheapest. Many times, this is the first time you have chosen an exchange, and then they stay there.

Etherdelta is like a robber, especially for participants who have low incomes. Half of his earnings run out to pay for deals on ED, this sounds funny and crazy.  ;D

Binance is very helpful in terms if easy registration and also the trading fees is like what 0.1% on one side. I think nothing could beat this type of trading fees unless somebody can offer it at free. Checkout the site and also the looks are decent and easy to use for people.

I suggest that you do not seek exchange with low fee, but exchange with security and fast service. Because many of my friends tried exchange with low fees but the speed of transactions and services were not friendly, so they lost the moment to sell or buy tokens they wanted.
