Title: Coins-e.com withdraw problems. Admin fixed issue !!! WORKING
Post by: CryptoBullion on June 24, 2013, 12:51:59 AM
"trades going through but not able to withdraw? some coins wrapped up in "withdraw que" for ~2 hours and btc balance says insufficient funds no matter what amount i try to withdraw
i advise you all to not deposit untill this is figured out, emailed the "admin" here and on the site, no response yet."

edit--- i was contacted by an admin. waiting for my transactions to go through now.

edit---- Solved... see below

After a waiting a bit longer after the admin contacted me, the payment hold went though. Hopefully just was just a small hiccup like many sites have when first starting up. Was a long wait for crypto payments though. Hopefully the dev finds a way to speed the payments up  little more, that will make it a very good site.

looks like some people have already tossed a lot of coins here... STOP!

You would think the withdraw feature would have been tested before launch?

The site looks like it could be a nice one, all the same features of most exchanges, the trading system works really great! lol, just not the withdraw system.

i guess maybe its not complete because it does not have a troll box, lol. ya cant be a real exchange without a troll box.

trades going through but not able to withdraw? some coins wrapped up in "withdraw que" for ~2 hours and btc balance says insufficient funds no matter what amount i try to withdraw............... bleh........... good thing i didnt toss too many coins here

i advise you all to not deposit untill this is figured out, emailed the "admin" here and on the site, no response yet.

I assume you mean coins-e? Hopefully you're not using a phishing site or something...
Anyway, I used coins-e with no problem. Deposit/withdrawal times weren't slower than any other site from what I remember. I'd have a little more patience before crying SCAM.

yea its coins-e.com not coin-e.com, i made a typo in my  "scam report". before today there was no trades i saw on that site after looking at most of the alt coin options they had. so what and when did you trade???

and my one payment is still in cue, and i still cant withdraw btc.

not just yet trying to confirm scam... ill give it 24 hours at most for dev to contact me.. still waiting for that to happen. its sunday still in my timezone... i hope he does business on mondays!

a good dev would be watching his posts for a site he just launched to make sure new users dont experience problems. untill i get my own payments i will recommend to all not use the site...

and how can you be so sure that this brand new site didnt just give out a few payments to the first one or two users (must have been you) and decide to screw the rest?

Ill give the site my full support and do plenty of trading if the issue is fixed in the next 24 hours. So where are the others that are using the site? no comment? the only person i have any direct contact with that i can trust at all has not yet confirmed any payments from this site either. so, your praise of this site might be early, just like my "scam alert". im just making sure no one gets screwed.

even if the site "works" then there is some serious bugs ....

yea... good luck on that withdraw... mine has been "on hold" for a good part of the day now... ive given up on getting it untill a dev contacts me and addresses the issues.

Dev could be making good money on this exchange site if it worked, probably a lot more than could be scammed....

Manual withdrawing after admin confirmation is not a scam. Crypto-trade.com has the same feature. These sites are new, and they still testing instant withdrawing for vulnerability, because 1 mistake and exchange is bankrupt.

... yes, i was just contacted by a dev. ill report back soon on if the issue was resolved fully.... I did say i thought the site looked like it had too much work done on it to be a scam  ;D

i just know i would want someone to speak up if an exchange turned into a black hole for coins and warn me before i sent my coins there........................................................................

I got my withdraw. I guess it's ok to wait a bit, but of course I hope that they will streamline the process...

admin of coins-e has resovled the issue, thread's first post updated. Looks like the site just needs a little dev work to make things tick better. Good luck to them as most of their site is quite functional, with a little work it will be a good exchange.

The exchange is very new, barely 2 days. We do support over 25 coins, we have had a few hiccups, but we are no way slowing down. Most of the issues are being fixed in real time.

I am always available(excluding my sleep hours),
So your issues would be resolved within 6 hrs (max).
http://www.coins-e.com/contactus/

Most of the issues are being weeded out quickly.

We have  made the withdrawals manual at this stage to control any bugs that may affect the daemons. Soon they would also go on auto-pilot and you would receive your withdrawals instantly.

Thanks for the support you people are already showing!

My coins are lost. Almost 174 XPM. Transaction ID: ba3aab1df1a81814ccb6aa216f29593d68159febe5546a4ebfbf6738d0344fff-000

There is literally not even a "funds on hold." They require 6 confirmations. There have been 77. No info on if their site is being DDOSed. I checked and rechecked the deposit address and it is 100% accurate to the character.

Kida sorta really pissed right now. No contact from Support in 2 hours. I figured I was low on their list. Hopefully someone can help me.

I deposited BTC, ANC, and NAN the three seems confirmed more than 6 times in the blockchain, but in coins-e it says unconfirmed.

Withdraw on status "initiated" for 48 hours. No reply from their support. Seems like a scam site.

It's a joke of an exchange.

They didn't allow me to withdrawal my GLC for whatever maintenance that they are doing, and then I traded some of it to BTC and submitted for withdrawal, and now I'm getting the null transaction nonsense.

It's a sad exchange, really. Once I get my coins (if ever) out of Coins-E I'm never using it again. They don't respond to Twitter or to the Support either.
