I know many peoples were asking the question, so here your answer :) https://medium.com/@xikimay_33996/importing-your-paper-wallet-to-your-cli-wallet-9e788be08a1a Title: Re: How to import your Electroneum paper wallet to the cli Post by: Pilchard on November 23, 2017, 08:50:27 PM OK, To anyone still having the issue where their Electroneum wallet shows 0 balance despite having been mined or deposited to, create a shortcut for the cli.exe and open its properties and add --restore-deterministic-wallet to the end of the target address so it looks like this:
"electroneum-wallet-cli.exe --restore-deterministic-wallet" And then run that shortcut. That will fix it in most cases. You could also try the rescan_bc command.
