hi guys, i was wondering where should i invest? invest in trading crypto or in trading stocks? which is more profitable?

What do you think? Clearly it's so much easier and more profitable to day trade with cryptocurrencies. There's little or no regulation and you can do as little or lot as you'd like.

You're asking which is better: cryptocurrency or stocks in terms of trading.. in a bitcoin/cryptocurrency forum.. of course you're getting cryptocurrency answers.

Anyway, just to answer your question:

Cryptocurrencies are like way more volatile compared to stocks. So look at it as:
trading crypto = high risk high reward
trading stocks = low risk low reward

It depends on your knowledge and expertise and how much of risk you want to take. Cryptocurrency trading are more risky because of it's volatility and unregulated but with greater profit in percentage while trading stocks are more stable. If you like diversifying your investments like me why not try both? I already have invested in stocks but when I found out and learned about cryptocurrency, I immediately invested on it. But if I were to choose one I think that cryptocurrency trading are more profitable if you have enough knowledge about what you are doing.

For the present scenario, i think trading crypto currency is more profitable and more risks than stocks. But i could do it with crypto currencies.

I haven't tried trading stocks, I am trading altcoins on the side roughly 5 months now and I already earned considerable amount. Prior to learning about cryptocurrency, I was planning to buy local Philippines stocks from the giant companies but thank goodness I was able to learn how to trade cryptos easily and I am sure this will give big opportunities for risk takers as the price is volatile but surely give profit if you take advantage of it. I will diversify my investment and try also to invest in stocks in the near future. But for now, I enjoy trading cryptos. Kudos!

Trading crypto is more profitable. Granted, its risky but high risk guarantees high reward. Stocks take time to grow and you'd have to wait a long period to earn your reward. Cryptocurrencies give a high return within months!

crypto is the clear winner here. because it is much volatile therefore its more profitable compare to stocks though stocks are much stable and much popular because more people are investing on it compare to crypto. cypto is also easy and user friendly compare to stocks which was a bit complicated and hassel yet stocks are safer and less risky compared to crypto.

Just do it to investing in trading crypto currency. It is both lucrative but crypto have some advantages over trading stocks. You can easily start trading crypto and takes only a little time to Setup and start trading. You can start trading with small amount unlike in stocks. It is also currently unregulated so you can trade almost anonymously. There are lots of cryptos you can choose from to trade and some can gain profit within a few hours upon purchase. But you have to be wary in trading crypto because the price can dump in a few minutes without warning. That is the risk you have to take.

It depends on your favortite. Before doing anything, you have to confirm that you love it or not. If the answer is yes, you will succeed

it's all depend on the trader themself for me it would be better to trade cryptocurrency other than stocks,
because in cryptocurrency we can get a lot of profits if we're good enough,
unlike trading stocks we need a lot of money to start it,if we're using a small of money as a capital it will not gain much.

I have minimal knowledge about stocks but not about trading them. In terms of trading, I am better informed regarding trading cryptocurrencies. I also have very little knowledge about forex trading. But what I know is that, most of the people who have been doing all three kinds of trading, they said that trading crypto is the most profitable. It is also the easiest. That I can attest as compared to forex trading. In crypto trading, you can gain a 100% growth of investment in a day. That is difficult to reach in others.

but trading crypto is better than trading stocks. trading crypto is simple and fast profit.

Trading stocks is so easy. It's very complicated. Unlike trading cryptocurrencies. It's more easier and way more profitable than trading stocks. But both job still needs a proper education about it to make it profitable especially on trading stocks. That's why some stock exchanges are offering demo accounts to train users to be aware about the system. Aside from that, at stock market, you can only create good amount of profits if you have huge capital. Unlike trading cryptocurrency. You can buy at small amounts. You could gain x2 profit in just days and less work. At stock trading. You have to be full time on that because it's should have monitored and time consuming job.

In my opinion, i would prefer to invest in crypto than stock. Why? Because its more profitable but of course we have to maintain tje risk too.

Crypto trading is a very volatile trading with a higher risk though it has high risk to reward ratio I.e you can risk small amount of crypto to gain more profit you as well loss the the whole coin within a twinkle of seconds more so, in stock trading small risk is involved but risk to reward ratio is small due to it normal volatility.

Ideally, both. Crypto is much more volatile and fast-paced. If you like high-leverage day-trading, I much prefer trading BTC futures to forex. Traditional TA, particularly volatility and volume analysis work great on BTC and other crytocurrencies. I find the price action much less choppy than forex, although you will find similarly nasty stop runs.

But like I was saying, diversity is good. When this bull run is finally over, I'll be moving significant profits into other markets -- gold, oil, stocks. Not gonna be biased even though I'm in a cryptocurrency forum, but it highly depends on which you prefer and how familiar are you on either options. Market indicators such as MACD and the likes often falls to traditional stock trading whereas these indicators don't work well with bitcoin most of the time. Also crypto trading involves much more action compared to stocks trading and more opportunities are present on the former compared to the latter.

It depends how you outperform on the both platforms. Some of them might get good hands on the crypto while some of them on stocks. But according to me there is more profit in the crypto world as compared to the physical world/or stocks for instance. The margin that we get into crypto world is way lot than any other stock exchange. Where there is only few percentage of incriminating orders in the stocks on the hand there could be more than 500% of incriminating orders in the crypto itself. That is why it is more profitable and also it is easy to learn. You will never know how you got big profits and assets form this crypto side.

Take the journey and find your dream ( profit ) by yourself. Meaning is, we can't say profitable if there's no proof, so you must decides to try. Which one? anything you like and have skill. Trading in stocks is sick lol but definitely true hahaha just kidding. For me it's much better to trade in crypto because it's fast realible. I don't actually have some expirienced on how to trade in stocks becuase my uncle said stay away of it and i don't know the reason why. However, i much preffered to people that trade in crypto hehehe

Yup trading market investment stock is not good option to go invest on it even financial services from the every bank and shares market companies will tell you when you go with the time itself. It is completely risky to invest your fund on it.
But trading crypto currencies for other altcoin and fiat cash will best option than stock investment. Still trading is also have the risk when the bitcoin price falls down.

I can say its better trading on crypto better than stocks. Because, in crypto there is no time limitation to trade. You can do trading almost 24/7. So, you can get better opportunities better than stocks.

But i think in recent trading market stocks is very risky than trading crypto,because all the alt coins are dumping for btc rising.When btc will stable trading stocks will be better than crypto trading.So if you want to trade at recent you should have learn more about the news or markets and should take up to dates news daily.

Trading crypto is clearly more profitable than trading stocks. Crytpo currencies are more volatile in nature and hence generate more profit/loss in a day than stocks. There are no limits in cryptos too which gives the users an edge. Anybody can start trading crypto but not everybody can start trading stocks. Well for my country it's better to trade Crypto the stocks suck and they are manipulated by our central bank that prints money so you loose through inflation that is how they steel from our farmers and workers.

Clearly, no one is better than the other. Which is better depends on what the person thinks or how the person sees both.
Because in crypto currency world, prices are so much volatile with too much risks but can be worth the gamble.

The only thing that you can get benefited from trading crypto is when you want to have a fast profit and also a volatile market but if you want a stable market and almost not volatile and still can make a lot of money then you can just stick with trading stocks and make it for a living because a lot of people are already doing that.

Trading crypto definitely more profitable but the risk is higher as well with the volatile price movement. If you want to invest then pick crypto, it's about to reach its golden year the next few yeard so your investment will worth a lot more than right now.

When you do see on how fast you to make profits then i would go for crypto because prices are too volatile compared to stocks which means the more its movement the more profits it would be but depending on how good you are on riding with the waves. High Profitability= High risk and this thing we should really always put it on our minds. I have done stock trading it is really good though but harvesting time is longer that you anticipated.

Yes it is also right to say that it is depending on your experience and interest, but i think that in present time trading bitcoin can be consider as good, because in present time the income that we can get from bitcoin i do not think that such income can be possible from any other investment. i think we need to have good experience first if we are going either in stocks trading or trading bitcoin.

I have never really traded stocks that much but I would imagine that it is as exciting as trading crypto, I think it is easier and you have more chance of "getting rich" with little money in crypto trading.

Each one have their own profit and risks. Trading crypto currency asking you to looking for news about the ICO project or news related to the digital money. Trading stocks is asking you to make a research about the company that you wantto buy . So it's all complicated.

I think in present time trading crypto is the best option.  In fact crypto trading is the new trend and there is more profit in trading crypto as compare to any day trading. In future we can expect that all kind of trading will be converted in to online trading. and they will use crypto currency for their online business and other purposes.

It really depends how risk averse you are and what are your goals.

Stock trading is much more regulated, and stock actually have fundamentals to back them up, so it's much more accepted than crypto. But the returns on stocks are non even remotely comparable to the ones in crypto (you're lucky to have 10% on stock trading PER YEAR in my country).

On the other hand, crypto is a pure speculation and it's extremely volatile (only in crypto you'll see 100% change in 24 hours), therefore much more riskier, but also much more potential for profit.

It's up to you how you want to invest your money (a combination of these two works for me).

In my opinion trading crypto is beter and more profitable than trading stock, because fluktuasi and volatility of crypto market is more high but the risk also will be higher. In crypto investment promising return more than 1000% in 1 years but in stock trading is difficult to get in. Trading crypto indeed high risk high return but with good risk management will be better than stock trading.

in my opinion, you better invest your money in crypto than in stocks because the moving of stocks is really too fast and if you don't have any knowledge for trading stocks, you can not make profit at all. trading stocks is more difficult than trading crypto so i suggest to you to learn trading crypto that is simple and easy to learned. i think both trading crypto and trading stocks is profitable but like i say, trading crypto is easy than trading stocks and you can learn from many sources.

I agree it really depend on how much of a risk taker you are. 

This will depend upon the investors on how to handle their investment, if we say crypto is perfectly good but the one who handle it is ineffective then still it will lost the investment. It is just like which martial arts is good karate or taekwondo in which it will depend upon the player skills and initiative.

In trading, before we enter to it, we already know that there is a risk to it, and if were you, i will choose trading in crypto because you can earn more than into stock.and also you can lessen the risk if you have enough research on the coin you invested.

According to my experience working with trading is more beneifical then trading with working stocks because in crypto the bitcoin is a huge price currency and the rate is increasing with time also and it is the more trustable coins in the history also  and also working with crypto is very easy.

Trading cryptocurrency is better then trading with stocks, because bitcoin allows more margin for the profit as the price of increasing day to day, trading by using stocks gives the profit but when compared to the bitcoin it's very less. I choose trading cryptocurrency because it is fast phase and volatile than stocks. Besides, even if you have small capital, you can still gain large amount of profit as long as you are consistent and knows how to control your emotions. In stocks, the price is slow moving and you have to wait for a long time to gain some profits. You may wait for years in stock to double in amount but in cryptocurrency it would just take days, weeks or months depending on what coin you are trading with. In the real world that the lower risk is the fundamental factor on investing most will answer it would be in stock market but the same way it has much lower profits because of stable pricing.. In virtual world/cryptocurrency even there is a lot of good altcoin still bitcoin stands differently to all,, the risk is high but not high higher than most altcoin does but that profit is one of a kind,, if you know how to play with it.. The unstable price making this investment opportunity so interesting..

As far the east is from west, so is trading crypto in terms of profit is from traditional equity and shares! I have made profit this year that would be impossible to make in shares, equity etc. Some of the profit we make in crypto is inconceivable for your regular stockbrokers!

Working with coins are best then working with stock because according to my view working with coin are easy and fastest way to earn high money as compare to working with stock. And working with coins don’t need any payment if you don’t want to invest.

Lately crypto gives you faster gains that stock in an amount of time compared to stocks and also bigger returns (well this year only).

I believe that it is better to invest in the crypto currency. The prices of crypto-currencies are easier to predict than the prices for shares.
In addition, it is much easier to trade crypto currency. Also, the price of a crypto currency in a short period may increase several times.

Stock trading is becoming obsolete this days, many has started converting their portfolios to cryptocurrencies trading. I have been trading forex and commodities but I have to change my portfolio to altcoins and bitcoin trading. Most of the high market capitalization coins are doing very well now and since I joined cryptocurrencies, I have make good fortune compared to when I am on the others side of the investment.

Since both of this are needed capital for me it's better if you do both, because I'm sure that if you do it both you will earn a lot of income. But make sure that you know how to manage it both, for the case that if one of this investment failed you just recovered it into the another investment.

However between on two the most earning income is crypto currency, because the fluctuation of coin in the crypto industry was so fast. So without doubt we all know that crypto currency is more productive is than stocks.

No one can answer this question. It is personal thinking. In my opinion, I prefer trading in cryptocurrency than stock market. There are many coins to choose and invest.

Honestly, this is a glaring thing to everyone and should not even be asked in the first place. As far as I am concerned, trading crypto has not just been fun, it has been challenging and highly profitable more than you can imagine in stocks. As long as you are good and your skills can help you make good decisions, then you will be so made than you can imagine faster in crypto than in stocks. However, you cannot compare the risks.

In my opinion, trading of crypto currency are almost same with trading of stocks. Why? Because both of this are takes a lot of time to earn income, however in terms of immediately gaining profit for me crypto is best choose to invest. Due to good movement of crypto currency in the market I'm sure that our investment were rapidly increase.

While in stocks trading you just needs to wait a good time to invest and sell, because one wrong decision all your capital will vanish. So I guess if you have invest to both of this I think you made a good decision.

What do you mean?? Crypto currency trading vs stock market?? It depends if you want to earn fast then go to trading(crypto currency) but its very risky and not sure if your money will be double or not ,not like in stock market .. You can earn  safest than trading but it is a long term procedure .. You cant get your money within a month some of this need to harvest for 1 or 2 ywars

In my opinion, Crypto trading will have more profiable than stocks. Because there are thousand coins in the market with hundreds economy fields you can choose. Besides, You can trade crypto 24/24, it is better than stock market

It is more profitable in trading of your cryptocurrency into nother currency (US dollar, local currency). If you want to have profit easily, you can invest in crypto by buying altcoins in a very low price and then sell at a very high price or you could hold it until 2020 when the bitcoin price reach Million of dollars. People say that bitcoin will reach million dollars in the year of 2020 so it is not too late to us to earn bitcoin.

Better to invest on both great asset because I still believe that in the future those big companies in the stock market will adopt a new great technology which is cryptocurrency so better to hold both for you to make good money in the long run.

Both profitable but trading in crypto finds me more interesting and can give me a quick and higher profit if i invest it properly.

cryptocurrency have a high risk than to stockmarket but in crypto you have more profit  earn and in crypto you can get easy broker.. in stock market more requirements you pass before you got broker.. i trade in crypto because this i know the easy way to earn even have a high risk it depend on you what you prefer...

In all my year of trading stock, I am yet to make close to 10% of what I have made as a profit in bitcoin. Bitcoin is new money, new wealth, new possibilities.

In my personal opinion, stock is something like gold. The long lasting of the same has made people prefer stocks over cryptocurrency trading. Another this is that, at present very few were aware about cryptocurrency trading. The usage will increase when popularity increases reaching more users, in specific the common people.

It is hard to say that trading crypto or trading stock which is better. However, I think that investing in stock is safer than investing in altcoins. Either one, it always depends on your expertise or knowledge in trading and the amount of risk you want to take. If you want safer trading then go to stock market, or faster profit but riskier trading then cryptocurrencies is waiting for you. You believe in something unrealistic let me tell you that. Most of you come here and comment something that you don't know nothing about. If you know what is more profitable you would say so and there wouldn't be "if". If you have a good knowledge you could be what ever you want. People repeat that word knowledge, but where to find knowledge, where did you find it?
What is more profitable doesn't depend just from knowledge, there are many important factors from which depends someones success in trading, stock or crypto trading. More profitable is different for each person, which one is not so important as long as money is coming.
What is more accessible and simple we all know answer, its crypto trading, you need just Internet connection and phone or lap top, what ever you have and you are ready for trading and making money. To trade with stocks you need a broker and they have much more laws about stock trading.

I think it is the crypto market. Because although the crypto market is small compared to the stock market, if you want to increase the account quickly, only the crypto market can do, because the stock market has saturated.

If your looking after the profit it is more profitable trading in crypto currency though the market is very volatile but the chances of gaining interest is so high.

Trading with crypto is better than trading with stock and the reason behind it is that crypto are more secure than stock and also the easiest way to make huge profit as compare to stock.

If you have faced such a loss then you don’t need to stop trading but you need to search out your are all mistakes and find out solution of these mistake and improve your confidence by doing meeting with big traders.

Even though you have not traded stocks before, but you have said it all. With just some little, you can start with crypto trading and if you know what you are doing, that little can grow into a huge one than you can imagine compared to stocks.

Well I haven't try to invest in stocks but I think it is better to invest in crypto in terms of profit. Cryptocoins especially bitcoin has a high rate of volatility compared to physical asset like gold. Furthermore, it will take a long time in order to double your money while in crypto is unpredictable because of its unstable price.

I feel that trading crypto is more effective than trading stocks. The thing about trading crypto is there is always a sense of confidence because we are all aware about the volatility of those cryptos and at the same time we are able to monitor them as well through website and this forum. u can earn a lot on cryptos if u know how to do it , i would choose cryptos

Indeed, stock trading is an old fashion of making money and people are now leaving this type of trading for those who are always looking for new methods of making money and immediate one as well. Crypto currencies are those which are all the time increasing in value and I believe that we should change with the passage of time. We should wholeheartedly accept the changes and new technologies for becoming rich.

I choose trading in crypto but you need to learn how to trade in crypto profitable but risky, trading in stock is also profitable so you can decide to yourself where is the best for you or what is your prepared skills to get profits.

I think you should divide your investment portfolio into two parts. 50 percent you keep trading stocks, low-risk and low profit and rest of the 50 percent you keep trading crypto, high-risk and high profit.

Cryptocurrency is a high risk investment with potential for high reward. The stock market can be less risky than cryptocurrency but it can also be as risky or even more risky because there are so many options to invest in. Usually, the higher the risk, the greater the potential for profits or losses. Basically, it just depends on the stocks or mutual funds you want to invest in.

One of my friend was trading at Stock market, after he learned about digital currencies, he is now more focus on crypto currencies trading.  

He said, it was more profitable at crypto currencies than stock market trading.

I think in crypto currency trading you have maximum no of chance to maximize your profits because it is the market where you can make too much profit because from last 2 years crytpo trading market have great opportunities to earn good profit so that is why i prefer to invest in crypto trading because it is golden opportunity with great capitalization and lot of good exchanges.

It depends, crypto is more profitable, but there is low liquidity for day trading and awfull usability of terminals, so trading in web isn't that cool and professional. Moreover, you can't use stop loss, in fact on a big movement your order just won't been completed.

It depends on whether you are a risk taker or you can be satisfied with low profit. If you love high risk and high gains cryptoworld is the exact place to invest and vice versa.

Obviously, it all balls down to; the more the risk, the more the profit and vice versa. At this stage though, I really do not consider cryptocurrency to be of a huge risk as long as you are just good at it. It’s much better in cryptocurrency because in trading stocks there’s a possibility that the company might declare about none income because of the business project they have that can affect also the investors. In cryptocurrency there’s no possibility that case might happen to them.

This is depend on target profit that you want to make it, if you want to make profit 100% to 300% amonth, this target only possible to make it in crypto trading. Personaly i prefer to do crypto trading because i want to make profit quickly and to make faster to turn the money in to many times. Though crypto trading has more risk than stocks, but with management of money and risk we can avoid it. I has been 3 years in trading and tried forex and binary option trading too, but so far i can make better profit only in crypto trading.

Trading stocks is safer because you will see the potential and the volatility through news, issued companies. But it won't provide you as much profit as trading coin. As the volatility of coin, you can earn a huge profit from trading coin to coin, and of courses, the risk will be much higher. Either trading stock or trading crypto require lot of resemble skills like analyzing, calculating... not just base on luck

Stock trading involves less risk, but less profit. The stock market is less volatile and needs more time to get a profit. Trade in crypto-currencies has high risks, greater volatility and requires less time for profit. But if you choose the right campaign, the shares of which can go up very much, you can also get a good income.

If you want to invest long term in a certain company, choose to invest in the stock market. The Crypto market is not for long-term investors. Speculation will be more appropriate for the Crypto market.
Because long-term investment is a lot more tangled. You need to know a lot about the company you want to invest, so you will have a lot to analyze.
The Crypto market can forge everything, we can not know what is real.

Trading crypto currencies is better and more profitable than trading stocks, or fiat currencies or forex. The crypto market is very promising and the risk is a lot lower than trading stocks and fiat assets. Also you can making a lot of money by holding your crypto after the trading.

Yeah comparing the two trading of cryptocurrency and forex, crypto currency has an edge between the two in terms of profitability, but  in terms of safety I would say that since forex is regulated by government it is safer in sound,

Most people here don't seem to understand how many different types of stocks there are - it's not all about apple and microsoft etc.

There are plenty of penny stocks with a low float that make 50% gains in a day, just like cryptos. If you read the signals right and know what you're doing then you can make just as much money with stock trading.

But there's 2 big differences you guys seem to miss:

1) Regulations - when there's deviant occurrences stock trading may be halted for a certain amount of time, also it's harder to artificially manipulate the price.
 
2) The crypto marketcap overall is growing faster than stocks - or at least has been the past couple of years. If you ''barely beat the market'' in stocks you make about 5% annually, whereas in cryptos that's much more, closer to 500%. But you would've also dropped more if you invested at a really bad time.     

I think the right answer is very obvious. Can stocks give you 1000% gains in a few months? Yes, crypto trading is way more risky..but with greater risks come greater rewards.

If they invest in the market, the profit margins they bring us are higher than they are right. But they contain high risks. We can not control 100% secure account, sometimes we just loopholes can lose everything because hackers are always trying to steal our wallet.

In which do you think youre more educated,because both are profitable but cryptocurrency is more risky than stocks since volatility is what made this riskier.

But if noth are non of youre expertise and this is the first venture,so better do crypto trading spend much time to learn this market and from there you may be knowledgeable in everything you will be needing here

Crypto trading is most profitable jiob if you doing perofessionally and have enough knowledge regarding it,Crypto market is growing and crypto market already capture the market in short time.While trading stocks currently facing global crisis and most of people losing money in it,to earn handsome profit in stocks become too difficult because there is a gropup of investors enjoy profit own consent but common investor face troubles of market.

When it comes on trading its depend what knowledge do you have because they have different kind of market, so if you know how to read the technical analysis that two kind of platform its your choice because that both have a potentail that you can earn a lot more if you know how to handle their risk.

I do have experience in mutual funds, forex trading and crypto. I found crypto trading is profitable among these three. I have invested around Rs 1000 every month for three years and i got 7% as interest after 3 years.coming to forex trading i have lost money whenever i try trading.
With Crypto, i buy coins, i sell them at a profit and buy another currency and trade similar way using some good strategies of Hold and sell which gives me good profits compare to others.

I think crypto trading is the most profitable among the two but it is very risky. Market prices are very volatilie so many traders prefer trading in crypto. But in terms of safety I would go with Forex.

Its up to you if where you wanna be,both were having risks and benefits you can try both if you want but if I were to trade id rather trade in crypto because its less hassle compared to stocks.. plus many get rich in trading crypto rather than stocks.. stocks need a lot of help from others while in crypto you can just sitdown and wait for your profit.

This is depend on the your skill to analysis both market, crypto trading is more risky than stock because the fluktuacion more high. Its better to do both  to know which can be more profitable according to your skill. You can use technical analysis for both trading. Some trader also doing both, because when crypto market downtrend is hard to make profit from it and trader move to stock market.

It depend on what you want because each type have difference advantages.
For trading crypto, the most advantage is that the profit may really high, sometime can triple yours invesment, but the market is too unstable.
For trading stock, 5-10% is the profit that everyone want it but the market really stable.

I prefer trading crypto than trading stocks because I think trading stocks is more confuse and we need to learn much analysis to make a profit. besides that, the signal of trading stocks will larger than trading crypto and trading stocks needs skills to analyze the market. once I am trying to trade stocks but at that time, I unable to make a profit and even I get a loss.

They both are very different things, and you need to have a lot of knowledge in order to make money on the stock trading market, because it is not that easy as it seems

I think prefer cryptocurrency because cryptocurrency is decentralized and owned by oneself.
if the stock is centered and owned by another company group of companies.

the stock is too small to profit if you have a little capital, unlike the cryptocurrency who always give a surprise if you are smart in trading although his capital is little.

I prefer trading cryptocurrency rather than trading in stocks because I think the stock in the stock is not too open while in cryptocurrency is very open and all can see the condition of price and total supply simultaneously.
