One challenge that I can see for a community-driven project is that so much ideas and opinions are being laid out, that makes the development bit slow. So I think, even if this one is community-driven, the dev team should somehow interfere and decide what's gonna be next. Thus, the project will not be stagnant for so long that everybody wants their opinion to be acted upon on.

The concept is good, but lack information, waiting to see website realise and telegram so we can talk to devs and get well informed about the project!

I would agree with this.
I don't have heaps of experience, but with other community projects I've been involved with this is often the case.

Ideally, I would say the roles should be "layered" somewhat. The main devs and a few key community members could have a private channel to discuss and plan core concepts and features, but ideas can still be voted on by the community.

Tricky to balance this, but it is certainly possible with good project leads.

99% dead and the team will not return neither will they return any funds collected (including those they got through dumping the airdrop which they then most likely manipulated).

I think tokens have not been shared with airdrop participants. I also do not see any participants who have received the token. no one knows when token will be distributed. we can just wait and keep waiting

Yes, as described in the thread, tokens will be distributed to participants within 2-3 days after all the slots are filled. I hope the slot will soon be filled and complete, so that the participants can receive the tokens as soon as possible. Hopefully the project runs smoothly.

dev last active on November 18th. I think this project has been abandoned and has been stopped. this is bad news :'(
