If the transaction is not reflected on any block explorer it just means that they still haven't sent your coins. Look around if you see your transaction tagged as "pending".
The only thing you can do here is to contact their support as this problem lies on unocoin's side. You should also contact them on their social media site/s.

Did your unocoin wallet provide you with a transaction ID? If so, can you see the transaction at ANY of these block explorers?

https://blockchain.info
https://blockexplorer.com/
https://live.blockcypher.com/btc/
https://www.blocktrail.com/BTC/
https://btc.com

If you can see the transaction... is it unconfirmed or confirmed?

All bitcoin transactions will be shown in a ledger that we call as blockchain. If your tx ID didn't show anything on block explorer, it means the transaction didn't happen. I think your transaction not yet broadcasted in bitcoin network, in other words, the third party (unocoin) still hold your transaction. I suggest you to contact them.

Hey the transaction is confirmed , as it's shown in blockchain and 13 confirmations are there, on the unocoin side the payment is successful, but it's showing declined on netelle r side, I contacted them , they told me wait for three days as the amount is processed manually, it's been two days but the status on netelle r didn't change, today is Sunday so they won't count it as working day, I am hoping to get the problem resolved by Tuesday, but I am kinda scared to do btc transaction again, it's slow , though security is there as I read everywhere that btc are never lost!! I hope the same happen in my case and netelle r resolve it soon

Fingers crossed ☺️

the status is showing confirmed here but the neteller says its declined, dont know what to do now, neteller dont respond well, and the btc never returned back, will not be doing btc txn in future, as its time consuming, idk wheather the btc are still ALIVE or DEAD !! ::) ::)

As you've already stated, the transaction is confirmed... In fact it looks like the transaction confirmed within 5 minutes of being sent!

This is NOT an issue with BTC or the BTC network... But Neteller being slow and useless... Or possibly Unocoin screwing up your transaction by deducting the transaction fee rather than adding it to your requested send amount.

Assuming that you sent the BTC to the correct address (have you checked the address is correct?)... Then Neteller (or Bitpay at least) have your coins. They need to either credit your account properly, or refund your coins.

Which address did you send to? That transaction has a large number of outputs.

Also, are you sure you sent the correct amount? If the transaction fee was deducted by Unocoin from the amount you sent, Bitpay would probably have detected that you didn't send enough... And would only have counted it as a partial pay.

The issue with this, is that Bitpay are likely to refund to the sending address... Which wasn't "yours"... But a general address owned by Unocoin... Which could make it difficult for them to identify and credit back to your account. :-\

In any case, you'll need to wait for a response from Neteller to find out why the transaction was "declined"

Hello HCP,

Thanks for the info provided.

I talked to bit pay, they told me that the transaction is processed on their side, even they asked me to talk to neteller and they sent me bit pay invoice I'd, which I mailed to neteller, they reply once in three days{neteller} , let's hope the issue resolves today, previous mail of neteller told me that time is being taken as the btc are processed manually, weekends they don't work , so I didn't count previous two days, but weekdays have started and still no reply from!!! Will neteller process it or not!!I'll hope for the best

Thanks,
Ankit

I get it, so neteller using bitpay as their payment gateway. this issue on netteler side and you do the right way to contact netteler and bitpay support. Just wait and see. Good Luck!
