Hello All,

I am currently looking for developers to help set up a new exchange in the US. What will make this new exchange different than the others? The simplest answer is persecution from the US. As we all know all of these exchanges acting outside the laws of the US are getting shut down and persecuted.

I think this is a ripe time to create a legal exchange that will abide by the laws of all countries that it is doing business in, whether it be the US, Europe, Russia, ect. This will provide customers of the exchange security and trust, which will help us become a bigger exchange than the rest.

This is only the beginning the later phases of the business will involve us turning into the worlds first digital currency bank. We all know digital currency is the future so we would be positioned against the current banking systems structure and we will have the advantage against all of them while they try to catch up. If numbers didn't magically pop up when i mentioned bank, here is a general one. JPMorgan Chase along with all the other major banks have over $1 Trillion dollars in assets each.

What you are trying to do is quite equivalent to creating a bank from scratch by starting to wonder about what your logo should look like.

and then any user could be able to use your exchange services with proper ID and verification

and an Increased Fee due to  Regisration, Verification , Validation ,  Confirmation, and Taxes
...hmmmm okay, sounds good to abide by the law

but
why don´t you just go offshore?    or to Uruguay?


if you still want to do this,   I have already developed my own system,   
I automated credit card payments for one of the big banking systems,   

my Bitcoin system does the same thing BUT using Blockchain API for the moment

I dont have a faster way by the moment, but will soon and when needed.

what exactly are you looking for in a developer????
