Hey everyone just wanted to take a moment and make it official. JeanCool in now a part of the Phenix crypto Team!

      Jean has show a tremendous dedication to PXC and our community with his support. Jean has also stepped up to the plate
      bringing fresh new idea's to the table. Jean has the integrity and work ethic we were looking for in a sales leader. We are
      very fortunate to have him and he is a valuable not only to PXC but the whole Crypto community.


     Jean will be head of our European sales division for B2B marketing. Jean's responsibilities will be:


Client and Business Partner Relations

    Own overall sales strategy and P/L responsibility
    Accountable for overall sales strategy and sales goals
    Work closely with operations team to deliver world class customer service


Staff Management

    Manage through a collaborative approach to inspire and coach employees to perform and be loyal to customers, business partners, and the company
    Model and guide sales staff in company culture, of Collaboration, Honesty, Humility, Innovation and Loyalty
    Responsible for planning, directing, supervising, and coordinating subordinates' work activities
    Hire, train & develop staff, encourage personal and professional growth through training, coaching, and mentoring

Reporting Responsibility

    Create regional strategy and tactical plan for presentation to me.
    Implement sales and distribution strategies; including, verbal and written communication of business logic and cost/benefit analysis in decision making
Meet budgetary requirements, set budgets/projections, track and manage all expenses related to the sales team as well as revenue production
