Title: ICOs and regulation. How is it in your country? Post by: swpceo1 on November 18, 2017, 01:17:54 PM I was invited to speak in an audience at Brazilīs legislative house about ICOs and regulation. I plan to talk about how the regulation in other jurisdictions are evolving.
How do you think is the regulatory landscapte for ICOs in your country? Friendly or predatory? What is the best country for doing an ICO and why? Thanks for your inputs! That's why our citizens prefer to use other countries laws and territories to organize an ICO.

There people are more educated and interested in technology development. I think in the near future the US and China will settle the ICO and will also be a good place for it.
