Title: ICOs and regulation. How is it in your country?
Post by: swpceo1 on November 18, 2017, 01:17:54 PM
I was invited to speak in an audience at Brazilīs legislative house about ICOs and regulation. I plan to talk about how the regulation in other jurisdictions are evolving.

How do you think is the regulatory landscapte for ICOs in your country? Friendly or predatory? What is the best country for doing an ICO and why?

Thanks for your inputs!

In Finland, it's in the gray zone which means there is no certain decissions about ICO type of organizations. That's why our citizens prefer to use other countries laws and territories to organize an ICO.

Hopefully, the authorities will solve this problem in upcoming years. This will make the community even stronger here.

It seems to me that now it is better to conduct ICO in European countries. There people are more educated and interested in technology development. I think in the near future the US and China will settle the ICO and will also be a good place for it.
