I'm looking to be involved in signature bounty campaign but there are a million alts right now and I'm not sure what is promising at the moment.  Can anyone recommend a good paying(in terms of receiving a good ratio of coins for your posts)?

Yes I've looked through the bounty forum https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=238.0 .  But that's a lot of researching, it's easier to get advice from people who are already involved in good ones.

How much are you looking to get paid? they don't pay much from what I have seen and have given up once I realized they pay a few hundred euros a month or less. For that price I would rather promote something myself and earn an affiliate commission.

let me tell you that most of the bounty campaigns who are on this forum are scam, there is no way to be sure if you are going to be paid at the end of the ico.
if you really want to help the project, then better to do a good research on that and make your own decision about it, there are tons on this forum. But the ones who pay in bitcoin are the only ones who are going to be succesfull project in the end, because it means that they are aware of that and they want to invest "real" money into those marketing campaigns.

Hello. Go to ICObench and research the ICOs you like. Then go to bitcointalk and look at the thread and decide. You can look at Envion Signature campaign if they are still open. I havent done a lot of signature campaigns. What do other people say?

Just check out the altcoins bounty section and see what type of coins you like. Do you like tokens that are fintech related? Or you prefer tech coins or privacy coins? Do you like masternodes or other types of blockchain startups? FIRST DETERMINE THE TYPE OF COIN YOU LIKE, then choose one in the genre you want and upload it as your signature.

Most bountys aren't worth the time. Alot of them use any excuse not to pay or to decrease the payment amount.
ICOs are struggling to raise funds and so the bounties dont pay full amount. Also bounty can be oversubscribed diluting the amount you get.

Just read thier whitepaper and roadmap ,some members if they found out that the whitepaper and road is good ,they will join into it. Amd other thing is that the  campaign should be active to answer all question and concerns.

I am now on my first one and hope it  goes smoothly.
I think that research is the key, the idea of it and if the ico is already running and doing good,could be a good indicator about the project.

How do you add the token to your bitcoin talk id. IS this called the banner and signature.

If you want a big and sure reward, you can follow a signature campaign that is paid btc. Because of his regular salary per week or per month.

If you follow altcoin signature campaigns, there are so many risks and do not expect too much. Good project do not always generate a lot of reward and this has happened a lot lately.

I think the Bluzelle signature recommendation is one of the best to earn Bitcoin. I am part of this amazing and great project. They are two weeks old but you can still earn from the remaining weeks if you are ready to follow their signature bounty campaign rules and terms strictly.

There is still very little people participating so you might gain a big chunck  of the bounty token pool. 3% of total tokens is for the bounty and 50% for the signature campaign. I would highly recommend Spectre.ai bounty campaign. I am on it's nine weeks now and it will hopefully be a successful project. It is an ongoing ICO and will end in mid December this year. I could suggest you try to check this Bounty campaign https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2216823.0 As far as I know this ico project was good in progress, and its currently running for Pre-sales and 4 days from now the token sale will begin and the respond of the community also has a good feedback on this because it talks about the concern to our environmental problems.

Look for a coin to promote yourself. If you don't want to promote the coins that are in this thread then don't do it.

I guess the OP is wrong to write a question in this forum section. You should ask in the Marketplace section and then go to the Services section. There you can find various Signature Campaign and various Bounty. But if you want to collect tokens from various cryptocurrencies, I think you should go to Altcoin and look for bounty there. To find Signature Campaign and Bounty, Services section is the most powerful place to get it. There is also a thread that displays a list of on-going Signature Campaigns.
