Well, etherdelta is a good platform in trading airdropped tokens. Probably .005 Eth is good enough for you to trade in there. Etherdelta's platform is good because you just need to import your account in there and you can see your tokens.

in my one month trading in ed they deduct 0.001 eth for every transaction, my beginning balance was 0.005 eth.

on this exchange it is possible to expose the number of GAS
I set 0,1 and all transactions are fine
and by default the exchange puts 4
Here is the balance and melting in front of every operation

You cant even feel the gas even if you put it in a higher amount.
Just deposit .01 ETH and you are good to go.
That is just 4 dollars which will not hurt. You will be using it for a lot of trades.
I guess my highest transaction fee since I started was .001 which didnt even hurt.

You need enough ETH for multiple gas transactions per trade. You need gas to send from your wallet to ED, then enough to transfer the balance into the exchange from your wallet, then back out, and then on to your wallet. But it still doesn't add up to much. A few dollars worth of ether will last you several trades.

This. .01 ETH will be a good amount to deposit to be able to able to do transactions on either your MEW wallet. Again, just double check the address before sending it though, just to be on the safe side.

Although ETH right now is above $300, but its a fair amount just to be able to moved your tokens to any trading platforms out there.

+1 Thanks for the info, i'm not using ED though but it's safe because he need us to put the private key there, and  i remember some one told me don't give your private key to other people. need advice before start here it's a good step.

I have been traded Etherdelta for a couple of months since most of my bounty rewards are ERC20 based tokens and also my collected airdrops are ERC20 too. It will cost as little as .001 ETH per transactions and that is fair enough for the transaction fee. As of now i see no problems trading with Etherdelta deposits, withdrawals and transfers transactions are fast.

If in etherdelta maybe 0.01 eth is pretty good as GAS if 0.005eth is too little

.01 eth is good enough for gas, u can use it many times
better use metamask so u can set gas  ;)

If you use metamask, you can control gas price. For faster transaction you should keep your gas price between 4 and 8 ($0.35 to $0.7).

You just need to trans around 0,02 ethereum to fill out the gas to make a trade in the etherdelta exchange site. I've used that decimal to trade in the etherdelta. Remember for each transaction will cost you around 0.001 ethereum. And you can try to move it again into your address.
