One of the best they say? but fitvitalik had 4 more days in launching their ICO and my impression towards it is hilarious I really can't tell if this ICO is serious with it's Roadmap but it is sure are not that trustworthy in my opinion and with this kind of introduction "He’s a bona fide genius" and a lot of edited photos of the Dev. So many opinions about the best coin/token of 2017 and it is very interesting to see everyone's thoughts. It reminds me one of the first ICOs that were launched on the ethereum network:

The ICO was great. Token sale was successful and the the quota was reached. However, the potential of the coin and its possibilities does not depend that much on its ICO. Too much hype during the ICO but look at ETN at the market right now, it still hasn't shown what people thought was so great about it. Maybe they've thought too highly of this coin.

Anyway, there's no such thing as best ICO. There are only good advertisers, a good team to back the project and great investors willing to trust and support the project thru investing. With these, any ICO can be successful.

Yes, Few ICO can just be counted on fingertips because there are very few ICO where Dev is fully honest with his project and coin and where his sole purpose is not to earn short term profit and run away with people money. Really it feels sad that Dev of coins and Smart contract just run away with innocent people money. This is not fair and need to be checked and audited. For me, the best ICO under the radar is Oyster Pearl protocol [PRL] - Google Drive on Blockchain. Best ICO I missed SunContract [SNC] but still manage to buy cheap. The worst ICO for comparison this year in terms of investment vs. profit is Monetha [MTH] They have potential and surely it will bring profits first Q2018 on Milestone 01 but for now is worst ICO because of losses that I took (bag holder) My favourite projects I can add to this list: Sonm, Viberate, Enigma Catalyst, Substratium and Kyber Network.

i'm with you on ETN if mining is feasible on a phone.  which I'm not sure on.  ETN went through normal dump when coin was first avail, but now has dipping and gaining ground.  very cool project.  and cool name.

I haven't tracked much Cardano or ADA since its start. But knowing it is already topping at number 6 in crypto should means it already multipled a lot from its ICO price.

I would say Bitdegree but it is more compelling to see that most ICOs failed. I think Jusnaturale and Rebellious both showed that ICO is not the only way to build a sustainable community.

Best ICO of 2017 was Electroneum, hands down. It seems like dumpers have already dumped most of their coins and the price is steady at more than 8 times the ICO price. And their flagship mobile mining experience has not even been released yet (will be released early next year, so get in while you can).

The second best (though the ICO is running over into 2018) is Envion - mobile mining rigs placed directly at cheap energy sources.

I don't have much hope for Universa. Very big ICO and a great team. But they are basically allowing mining only at approved institutions. Doesn't that undermine the very culture and spirit of blockchain - decentralization? Who's to say they don't have a finger in the pie with those institutions. How are they different from a bank that has centralized transaction approvals?

Its reached targets and goals set. It's raised $18mil+ USD in ICO and is still raising to greater heights. It's been accepted in HitBTC and EtherDelta and has become Partners with CIVIC.
The team is doing a great job with making this a successful project, things look good for trade.io so far!

On my mind looking on the statistic and thoughts of acquaintances the best ICO of 2017 is Datarius cryptobank. Idea is really original and this project reached high level of popularity within a year.
