After discussing the matter with several serious investment groups and several third-party companies, doing a deep-dive audit on Titanium, we have decided to reduce our hard cap from 100 million Titanium BAR tokens to 35 million, in order to make the Titanium pre-sale and ICO more attractive to both investors and strategic clients.
