Title: I just launched a pretty cool tool to find oversold coins. Any suggestions?
Post by: crypto_han on November 19, 2017, 11:18:22 PM
Hey guys,

I've been falling more and more in love with the world of crypto. As a guy coming from a webdev background, I'm proud to have launched my first crypto tool!

Check it out at http://rsihunter.com and let me know what you think. I'm always open to suggestions on improving the tool more!

Visited your site. but since i have not yet traded and am new to that, your site made little sense to me.
The only reason being that i am less informed about it.

In a nut shell, it benefits those who know about it. That would restrict the number of visitors you actually manage to attract.
Wish you good luck.

Looks pretty cool, have you thought of integrating detail chart of every coin? You can fetch data from coinmarketcap and also on view market link I think you should direct users to coinmarketcap-markets tab for the coin so that users can choose which platform to use to trade those tokens.

What API's are fetching the data from ? How accurate are those markers ? I would like to know if the data being shown is coming from a trusted exchange and is not manipulated.Website is pretty cool, since you're already a webdeveloper you'd know how to make it better in terms of look and feel.I would still want to know the sources of your information.

Ok, this is a useful site, and I see that it can be further worked on to improve it, great one by the way! The timeframe tab is a bit buggy as the 5 mins shows 1 hour, 30min to 6hr, and 1hr to 1 day instead. I would like to see live changes and updates if possible, as then it can be really helpful to big traders waiting to catch profits.

Definitely a good tool for reference, have added this site to my bookmarks to check back later!

Just visited your website and it looks very neat and pleasing to the eye. I know that traders who will come to this site will care less about the appearance of it but I just wanted to point out that I like the theme (color palette, design, etc.) that you used here. This will very helpful to us, traders, and I will definitely bookmark this one. I'll be using this as a starting point when I'm trying to search for a good coin based on its RSI in the past few hour or days. Great job on creating this one and sharing it to the community.  ;)

When question of source if api is answered  and data are accurate, it is a quite cool tool, you created. I am not sure, if it would also work on cryptocurrencies, but we would see.

The price data is coming straight from the exchanges' API (Bittrex and Binance). I can assure you they are accurate :)

We have a Google Cloud Compute Engine that regularly retrieves the prices and calculates the RSI via a custom Python script.

Hey there!
Been using your site and it's a really useful one.
Does your site have an Api? Want a solution to integrate it to my discord channel!

Thank you very much

Cool site and have already bookmarked  8)  thanks.

Just one question.

What are the parameters you are using to decide whether overbought/oversold ?

I just check out the site and it looks pretty cool. It would be a big help for the traders to know the coins that are currently on sale. Just a suggestion though since beside the coin there is a view market and when I click it, it goes directly to Bittrex so can you also add OP the link directly to binance? It would be a good way also to check if there are arbitrage opportunities to the coins since as you stated the API is from both exchanges so having the view markets link to both exchanges would be convenient. I know we can just go to binance and check the price of the coins ourselves but it would be a great help if we can directly check it from the link in your site.
