BTC-e was down, it appears to be up now. Cryptsy is up, but still having SSL and API issues. Vircurex is up. We have been targeted too, ( crypto-trade.com ) but they stopped after a 8 giga attack last try until now... SO we didnt been offline and even no laggued as we can support more. Crypto-trade.com dont have cost for DDOS protection as we are Koddos.com however it is a bit scaring for small exchange which couldnt handle cost requiered for such high protection...
