I'm having thoughts about bitconnect, would someone here give an advice about this digital currency? and what really is a "ponzi" scheme?

I am currently investing in their lending program.  I only have 280 invested in it but I have earned $200 USD worth of bitconnect coin in profit in a little over a month.  People hate on it and call it a scam but it pays me everyday.  I'm hoping some of my alts hit so I can do a 5K loan and profit $10K and receive my initial 5K back in 179 days

meaning i can't really earn if i don't invest? they have this referral thing, does it pay much than investing?

Don't know much about it, but i read a lot of stuff and new from Bitconnect. 99% from the stuff that I read they called it scam.
Just do your research and dont ask here.

i dont know much about this altcoin bitconnect but as far as i know this alt is very promising because the supply is no too much it is about 28 M  and it's price is realy distinctive 293 dollars.

It's a sort of ponzi scheme with the addition of a cryptocurrency that can be inflated in value. Since the BCC currency can only be exchanged in the bitconnect platform they can control the value.

A guaranteed daily interest of 1% is too good even with a magic trading engine. They rely on a influx of new money + the inflation of BCC.

I guess 80/90% of the people invested are aware of this scam system, they just hope to get out before it implodes (soon or later it will)

yes if u think u are going to invest here I guest it was too late.. because there are rumors of saying this platform will be close.
ponzi scheme is where someone will be payed with the money u deposit and u too will be payed with the money other will deposit.

Yes its a ponzi or pyramid scheme which means uncovering schemes that rely on gathering newcomers. And while BitConnect has been known to involve a multi-level, pyramid-like structure, the gains "on paper" are still continuing.

At the end of the day it boils down to the user and if you have some spare change you wouldnt go nuts in case you lose it, then I'd say go for it.

I personally have thrown $200 into it, no regrets as of now.

I saw planty of that kind scheme programms done with fiat and crypto,it is classic ponzi,Copyof that what signore Ponzi did and Madoff repeat

Right now bitconnect is ranked the 21st higher coin by market cap. This is really scary to be honest

The people who got in before you are making money off of the new people getting in, and so on and so on, for everyone to get profit more and more people need to keep joining.

It's a ponzi but a quality one since it held up this far.

But you should not even consider going in now, it's too late. People who got in early will start dumping, and once they do that the whole thing is gonna go down and you will end up bagholding.

Bitconnect is a huge ponzi scheme in this year, Another will be following it such as regal. The UK will try to shutdown the bitconnect as fast as possible. just stay away from there to make sure your amount will be safe.  The ponzi with a lot of manipulation in every side.

Don't you consider how unsustainable it sounds? Where do these obscene "lending" profits come from? Who are you lending to? When I watch a video by that Trevon James guy, he was incredibly vague. Something about "volatility software" which doesn't mean anything to me.

You have to admit, there hasn't been any reasonable explanation offered as to how the profits are generated. Early investors in Ponzi schemes generally profit just like you have -- that doesn't make them not Ponzi schemes. It just means that early investors got paid with the money of late investors.

The UK Government (Companies House) has even threatened to revoke Bitconnect's registration (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2397578.0;all). That's reason enough not to get involved with this scheme.

Yes , it's truely is a "ponzi" scheme. Want or not it will scam you in a nearly future.

Most of you here still doesn't know that bitconnect is a real ponzi scheme. They are using the "cryptocurrencies" and hiding their main intents for their scam. That's great, you can still choose for some other reliable and well known alt coins.

Don't think about it cause it is a usual ponzi which means it will fall in a period of time. It has no real value and there is no real need in this coin. So make sure you keep your money safe.

i see many ads for Bitconnect and when see huge ads for unknown coin it is scam

Curious to know what you decided. And why if you dont mind me asking. Bitconnect is such a controversial topic. The more we talk, the more we learn.

I personally threw $200 in. If I lose I knew the risk.
