Post by: GreatArkansas on November 20, 2017, 03:53:58 AM
Is there any way to be not tracked the sender/receiver of ethereum when sending ethereum to  other wallet address?

I never heard of a Ethereum mixer though. But I'm sure that somewhere there is one. Just correct me if I'm wrong guys. There are a lot of tumblers in bitcoin so I'm expecting that at least there would be one for Ethereum. So just to answer the OP, if you don't want to be track then use a tumbling service instead if you are afraid that you will be track by someone. I hope others will chime it as well regarding the Ethereum tumbling services.

The first thing you can try to use ethereum mixer, but remember there is very high risk by use the mixer caused by that's controlled by 3rd party. another way to mix your coin through the exchange site.
I think that you can send your amount into the exchange site and if you are sending them again into another and that will be issued by other address.

Yes, there are lots of Ethereum mixers available online that should do the job OP requires.
Here is one i found: https://eth-mixer.com

DISCLAIMER: i am not related or do not benefit from the linked mixer. I merely googled and pasted for reference in this topic. Use at your own risk. Best to send small amounts first just to see if it goes through.

as far as I can not because when we send the coin there is a history and evidence we make a penitentiary.

You can either use a mixer or just use monero.

I think it is impossible because any transaction there is a log of every wallet address on it, if their is one then it is good also because it is totally anonymous.

On many ehtereum wallet and exchange, you should be able to see long strings of numbers, word and special characters after you must have initiated send on your wallet. Those line is called TX. If you click it you will get detail information about your transaction.

This tool eth-mixer.com can be using for mixer your transaction.
Even i not recommend this as this is high risk. But you can try with doing some transaction very low amount for test's.

I suggest you to not use mixing services. Once I used one similar service for a Bitcoin transaction and I ended up to lose my coins. It's very risky!

If you need more privacy, I suggest you to not your own ETH address, but one of an exchange. Or you can use more private coins like Zcash or monero.

As other stated there might be some mixer options by 3rd parties. I also don't suggest you to use any of them. It is better just to use zcash or monero for transaction than mixing ethereum addresses.

i think you want to use ethereum mixer like bitcoin mixer but unfortunately I don't know the name of the site because I don't use the mixer and I am not searching. I think people could still see the sender and receiver by watching in the etherscan but they don't know who is the sender and the receiver because we can see only the wallet address. I think it is safe and can not tracked unless we are telling our ethereum wallet into public.

Only eth addresses of sender recipients can only be searched
Other messages cannot be queried at the moment

If you want to be 100% anonymous then you need to use a different alt coin. The best anonymous alt coin right now is probably Monero. Because if you use Ethereum then people can check your address and all your transaction on etherscan very easily, so yeah don't use Ethereum if you want to stay anonymous and protect your informations. Or you can also try a third party services but it can be risky

I haven't heard of any reputable ETH mixers yet. There was one advertising on the forum (Weimixer) that turned out to be a scam. People are mentioning eth-mixer.com.... I haven't heard of it. It might be legit, but make sure to do your due diligence.

You can also use VPN/TOR and deposit/withdraw coins to a non-KYC service (like a broker or exchange). It's not 100% anonymous/fool-proof but it will make it much harder to track you via blockchain.

There is just like Bitcoin mixer, if you haven't found one maybe there's none as of this moment but I believe there will be one of that kind one of these days. People would like to make transactions anonymous so that will be addressed soon.

Indeed, ERC20 makes every transaction transparent and that is the reason why government are tolerant with Crypto-Currency until today. Even Bitcoin mixers can be tracked but that's all. Wallets aren't registered to every owners so that's why it makes transactions somehow anonymous but not fully

Using a mixer is too risky and you can easily loose your ethereum.
Think of using an exchange website to make your transaction harder to truck although I can't think of a logical reason that make someone do all this to hide a transaction unless he is running a suspicious work.

Ok thanks for the link, again I'm haven't used ETH mixer before so I'm not familiar with at least one. I will try to look at it later and see how it goes. Yes, I will try just to send small amount and will look it is really anonymous or what.

Thanks as well. I have been using bitcoin mixer since I went crypto. But I haven't try a ETH mixer because I haven't campaign in the altcoin sections before so I'm not familiar. I heard of Weimixer before in the forum but I didn't know that it turned out to be a scam.

Thanks for all the response. I have suggestion what if I will use etherdelta, I will deposit ethereum on the sender, and I will set to buy order some token with the price of particular I want to send to other address? Then the second address will deposit the token which the first accounts set buy order, and then the second account will buy the buy order with particular amount of eth and then success. In that point, you can't anymore tracked the receiver/sender ?

you can just use exchange and deposit your ethereum and withdraw it again after a few hour or a day
the exchange will usually use other deposit to send your withdrawal maybe just wait and tracked if your deposit already move to other address

No, I never hear anything such like that, all I know just is once you made a transaction there is called TX like in bitcoin TXID if I'm not mistaken all was in recorded in the history.

So why not just use multiple exchanges (with bogus personal information), moving through different coins in smaller transactions, transferring different coin to secondt exchange, convert to another coin, transfer to a third exchange, convert back to accepted currency, and send from there.  Just use a few VPN hops or annonymous VPNs on each exchange.  Make sure each VPN is only used on the same exchange, so any ip logging only ever sees that ip at that exchange and not at any of the others.

It's complicated, comes with transaction fees, isn't quick, but will work.  I'm assuming that if your are worried about the authorities finding out then it's not going to be a small amount of ETH so the small fees really shouldn't matter.  May cost you another 10% but should leave as little a paper trail as possible.  Why do I feel like i need to go wash my hands now.

Thank you for this, I already tried this and works so fine. I really appreciated your post here in my thread. I'm really thankful for your advice. I just wasted only few ethereum for transactions on the exchange for withdrawing it. But all in all is smooth.
