Is this the moon? Can it still go forward in such a short amount of time?

Btc has already surpassed moon quite long ago. Its now heading towards mars I think. It will go forward for sure but steadily and stiffly. We might face a few lows and highs but in the end btc will win the race and climb mars. I know it was too poetic😛 but surely it will climb alot. 8000 is just a milestone.

Looks like the trend is going up until december.. Many predicted it will reach 10k by december.. Can it go up that fast?

I definitely believee that bitcoin has the potential to hit the 10k mark by the new year.

This year has been absolutely mind blowing for bitcoin anfd i think even with a few declines it will still revocer and climb even higher. Especially when you have some major companies beggining to accept bitcoin. And even amazon are looking into it!

Anyone else believe that it will hit 10k this year?

In August i thought price will be 5k till the end of the year.  In September i thought ok maybe it will surpass it. After moving past 5k i gave up on predictions. I think it is quite possible.

It can go up such fast, but that will cause bitcoin to go down also such fast. Is it a problem? No for sure, because it is only a problem for newbies who buy it at its peak $8000

I really wondered about that.How it is possible for a short period of time the bitcoin grow up day by day.I think the bitcoin will reach up to 25000 USD.

If I were you I would not look at this as a short term gain only. Bitcoin is here to stay so let us not look at this only in "such a short time".

Any prediction about the price of bitcoin is a blind guess and anyone who is right just got lucky.

I think the next target is 10k $ per 1 BTC :) So keep BTC in your wallets and wait for profit ) Probably it will be BTC dump and it will be good time to buy BTC

From the recent dip that bitcoin have been through we are now welcoming the glorious days. Btc is hitting up so high and I think this pump will continue to happen until the end of the year. Let's keep on pushing forward for this industry to keep on booming. Christmas is yet to approach, quite thrilled what's in store for us in the coming years, cheers everyone  :)

$8,000 milestone is quite applaudable. Bitcoin has no moon, it will keep soaring higher maybe until it hits a stable price and sits there. And as it stands now, anything is quite possible, so many persons never saw this coming 😁

It looks like there will still be a pump and bitcoin prices will not stop to improve again. If seen then the opportunities that can be achieved very large, we can see now the price has started to increase again and create a new record, eventually 8.000USD to be a very high value and this will continue again. Especially now there is some positive news and I am sure this will bring changes to the direction of bitcoin development.

No this isn't, I believe we are still on earth now and still not reaching the sky. The moon is soon yet to come so let's expect more, more than $8000. And I think bitcoin is just giving a warm welcome on Christmas day, so let's see and wait for the real welcome it can give. And if that happens, I'm sure too many threads will be created about the new price of bitcoin.  :D

I think for this year we are headed to psychological level of 10k dollars. Then in 2018 we are going towards 25k dollars. Remember, bitcoin is practical store of value when fiat currencies crash in 2020 year. If you wont invest in bitcoin, invest in gold, good store of value money.

I think there's no moon for bitcoin price because we always hit new ATH and there's no stopping. For me we if we have reached moon, then there's no more price increase. So the question, can we still go forward? Absolutely, there is no limit where bitcoin price is going, it could be $10000 this year and next in 2018, $20000. However, if you are asking if its achievable in short amount of time then no one can really tell or predict. Bitcoin has defy any TA because the market is very volatile. Only time can tell but the chances of it getting to $10000 is already there. You just have to wait and have patience.

BTC has certainly reached the moon and now it's on its way to the Mars. Seems like there's no stopping of it. Bitcoin has already overcome a few blocks on the road by some governments this year and yet it's getting more and more stronger, popular among the people with its surging price!

Yeah, my target price was actually $10,000 before the end of December but unfortunately I sold my shit around $7000 because of the recent FUD. Right now I am waiting for a dip before it goes to the "moon" again. I hope this ride will let me in first before it throttles.

with the price of $ 8000 I think it's going to go up, with the price of so many people on the harvest, and some people are still keeping it for a long time, and I'm sure this year the bitcoin will still go up and over $ 8000 longer.

To really profit most users virtual. Each user keeps their coins. We watch our profits only on the computer. If some day we will see a sharp decline in the price of bitcoin we will not be able to sell it and save your money. We have seen how the price of bitcoin a few days may fall by 20-30% due to speculation of whales. What will happen if this effect will increase the panic?

Bitcoin to the moon and Im really amaze about the value. Its rapildy increasing and growing yet I dont know if what price were heading of. So, Im positive bitcoin will reach to $10k and ofcourse i will wait for it.

It is really hard to predict.. But from what I see since more people are learning about bitcoin and jumping into the bandwagon.. Demand is getting high that is why price is going up. After decembem.. It may plateau for awhile and take a few dips.. But later on it will still rise since demand will be high. If next year, more platform and paying instutions accept bitcoin as payment.. It will definitely go up more.

But dont take my word on it Im not an expert.. Just an observer. It is how the trend on bitcoin this year.

There's a lot of good news about bitcoin will see a good pump for the next few days and months it will go to 10,000usd per coin or even higher so I suggest buying more bitcoin when its dip.

If you are seeing bitcoin as a currency in the future this price is only a small of its potential price for that purpose. Once bitcoin replace the current fiat system it needs to have a price of hundreds of thousands or even millions just to compensate all fiats worth. Again that is if it will replace fiat, but as of now since most of its owners are seeing it as an investment, $8000/ bitcoin is still a low amount and $10,000 is not hard to reach before the year ends.

BTC has already waved by the moon. Since the value of btc is volatile, it can head straight up to pluto or go way back to earth.

I'm pretty sure that before reach the important goal of 10k, btc will be attacked by fake news or maybe again by bch and  after being dumped will be called for the 10000 Times "dead".

What 2020 fiat currency crash are you talking? Do you know something we don't? Please enlighten me why you think this will happen in 2020?

From the first time it hit 6k to the time it hit 7k was like 14 days
7k-8k, 13 days

So if you extrapolate from there, yes, it's possible.

Hi there JohnHero! If your asking if the bitcoin price could reach to the moon. My exact answer is it will reach up to MARS! Yes, it actually reach it as the time of this post. Just wait for one to two months and it could reach into Mars due to several reasons. First, the current market situation is mostly Bullish and when it skyrocketed, it increases more than 5% in a week. Second, in the previous year, the bitcoin price rose at an average of 25% per month. Third, intelligent companies like CME group and Man Group's crypto venture create a huge step to popularize the cryptocurrency in the market.  ;)

not just to the moon I'm sure bitcoin will go beyond the moon we know bitcoin is always appalling the world.bitcoin is now at the end of 2017 is already at the price of 8000 $ but in the year of 2018 bitcoin will reach to 16000$ -19000$. There is no impossible to bitcoin right now. Because in just one month it almost increases $1000. So I wont be surprise if it reaches the $8000 this upcoming december. Bitcoin price changes in every seconds and I believe that it will comtinue because bitcoin was now in a growing stage of it.

I think there will be more surprises in December, maybe bigger will go forward in terms of price. but for the beginning of the year I can not be sure, it might be more on the altcoin. I guess that's my current assessment.

As an aside, I always feel weird when I read the expression "to the moon". It reminds me of the dogecoin subreddit at the height of its craze. Now look where they are. So let's keep our feet on the ground for now :) no need to reach for the moon.

There will be some kind of plateau for sure where bitcoin will stabilize but it seems that this plateau is still not reached. Be patient and hold on to your coins. :)

pointless to predict what it will do in the future. There are too many variables to take into account to make accurate

predictions.  A small thing like the Tether {hack} might cause panic amongst uninformed investors and you could see a panic

sell or a mini dump. When they realize that it has nothing to do with Bitcoin, they buy back in again.  ;D

The moon at 8000, Mars at 9000, Venus at 10000 and so on...With the way bitcoin's popularity is surging, these figures are not impossible to reach before the end of the year.

early 2018 im sure that the price of 1 bitcoin is surpass 13k, but maybe at the end of this year bitcoin price will have a little correction
