Are you suggesting that you won't get an ASICMINER USB Block Erupter within a week? My understanding is that there are a number of USB resellers(even btcguild is reselling these..) and the restock time is under 1 week from ASICMINER. They are dropping in value as Friedcat lowers the price to match their expected earnings and to revitalize sales. They are in my opinion still incredibly overpriced but clearly the market is willing to pay. BFL FPGA's were worth $600 when the trade-in program was running. I bought a BFL FPGAs at just under $600 just for this reason. Unfortunately, BFL chose to end that program and now the BFL FPGAs only value is in their hashing performance and efficiency.
