Title: Accidentally sent ICO tokens to Poloniex account
Post by: elkapitan on November 20, 2017, 08:42:38 PM
I'm very worried as I bought a large ICO token amount and not being familiar they accepted my payment from Poloniex as supported, however there was no mention of not using an exchange wallet to receive the tokens.
It has been a few weeks and was wondering how to get my tokens, I now understand this was wrong and have raised a support ticket with the txid with Poloniex.

Is anyone familiar or have been in this situation with Poloniex, do they have the ability to help me as they have the private key, I'm new to this and when asked for my Ethereum address that was the only one I had but is worrying how easy it is to for a big loss for something so simple.

I wish I had known better or was mentioned on the ICO not to use an exchange account, does anyone have any suggestions.

Thanks
