I have seen someone offering same service before but still not able to guess what actually an empty wallet can give you.
Does it need to have any transactions previously or this can be a fresh wallet also?

AFAIK btc, doge and ltc address that has been used in 2014 or earlier have free CLAMS (3 clams IIRC) so probably OP just want to claim free claims if someone sold addresses to him. in your case, you don't have access on your freebitco.in account's private key so you won't be able to sell it to OP

you can check the transactions of a certain address, if you see any transactions made on 2014 or before 2014 then the address is eligible

Yeah, the OP is a little misleading. There is technically an very large number of addresses that may have been created on or before 2014 compared to the number that were actually used. For example, a seed-based wallet pretty much creates an infinite (or rather, can generate an infinite) number of addresses, but that does not necessarily mean that all of them have appeared in the Blockchain. I am not familiar with CLAMS which the earlier poster talked about, but it is safe to assume that the created addresses must have appeared on the blockchain at a point on or before 2014 to be eligible for them.

If the OP is digging for CLAMS then the address must have been funded above dust level at a specified block number on May 12, 2014. Each qualifying address received 4.60545574 CLAMS currently priced at $5.78 each. All you need to do to get them is download and install the client and import either your wallet.dat file or the individual private keys. You don't even need to wait for the blockchain to synch before sending them to an exchange to sell.

Edit. Corrected the amount of CLAMS from 4.6 to 4.60545574 after checking.

I have sent the OP dozens of addresses with their private keys, lets hope this one pays unlike the last one who said that since they have no Bitcoin cash, he is not going to buy them, duh if they had any BCH why would I sell them to you?

None of those addresses work for me/ aren't what i'm looking for. You should have sent me the addresses first so i could see if they work for me instead of sending me the private key right away. Anyways i didn't touch the private key just here to make legit deals with people. I bought 2 addresses already so far and somebody else said they will sell to me tommorow.

This trust rating is not very valid. First of all, it is neutral trust. Secondly, the guy who gave you the rating doesn't have any trust himself. And thirdly, the person is a freaking newbie. so an address may worth more by claiming more than one airdrop

I'm all for competition, so go ahead! Transparancy is much appreciated too, I used to have a thread that shares the Byteball airdrop. Because of my transparancy, most people who saw the thread went on their own.
I've also seen several threads now of people looking for old addresses for tax purposes: "prove" they used to have a high balance a few years back, so they can "explain" the capital gain.

Balance doesn't matter. All i'm looking for is address which was made before 2015 and willing to pay $5 per address. Some people have told me to add them on telegram/etc. I'm only dealing through pm's on here so it's safe for both parties. I am also fine with using escrow if that makes you feel safer. Just bought 3 more addresses and left a tip for this user and he went first. I will ask him to vouch on my thread when he see's my message but if he doesn't here's proof of me dealing with him. Of course there's more messages then that but i don't know if he'd like me to screenshot and post all the messages.

You do realize that even if it is as you say and there is no ulterior motive for buying old bitcoin addressess off others that the other party will still have access to the old address's private key, correct? Even if your true motive really is to just collect the addresses, you are technically just sharing it, really. Furthermore, would you be willing to take old addresses that are no longer eligible for CLAMs, in that case? I'm just trying to clear the air, here.

Exactly. Claiming that you are a collector of old addresses when you are just trying to dig for clams, or bitcoin cash/btg is just untrustworthy behaviour. Would you be able to accept old addresses without clams then?

For anyone that has an address with clams in it - you'll be able to get 4.6 clams per address.

That is almost $30 per address instead of $5 per address that you get here.

Op, you should be paying at least 30 bucks for the wallets considering you'll be making money off all the hard forks left over in them.

That site will buy your address for BTC, but if you go back to my post on the first page of this thread you will find how to dig them yourself and save the service fee of 1.10545574 CLAM per dig.

As for forked coins just go to a block explorer for the coin and search for your addresses.

I think it highly unlikely that the OP will be buying any addresses that have already had their bounties claimed and as already pointed the addresses he will buy are worth a lot more than $5.

I heard theres a free clams coin from btc addresses created earlier 2015. Thats more than 5usd. If you dont know how to extract the free clams then sell it to OP.
