Opening a thread to see what are people's forecast for BTC price at the start of the New Year.
With some reasoning off-course. No 'if' or 'But' though.

I'm not a promoter or advertiser for BTC or any other coin/token (at least not yet).

Of course it won't be same as today LOL ;D

How could we reason well without ifs and buts though? It's like making a prediction that we are 100% sure is going to happen. We cant just straight out leave out a prediction without acknowledging some possibilities.

In my opinion bitcoin price in start of the new year can achieve 9000 dollars, but anything can happen.

defiantly, i it will be higher than today's price. we can't predict exact price, but it will be approx. $8500.  ;D ;D ;D

Around $9K-$10K. A month left before new year, that's certainly enough time for a $1-2K rise. Reason? None. Bitcoin doesn't need a reason to rise :P

There is no person that came from the future so no one will know what will happen next in the market of Bitcoin so not using the 'If' and 'But' word will make me a wanna be time traveler, so let's just try to cancel that words though. Even some professional traders out there are not so sure and winning on a 100% chance every time.

In case Bitcoin's price will continue go linear to what it has been this fast few months then it will reach the $10,000 mark before the year ends or even more higher than that because this last month it increased by more than $2,000 so the probability of it to go up is high.

i bet on 10$k .
i dont know why but i feel like Btc will grow up to 14-15k in next year. its time to invest :D

It will be bigger than now cause till the end it will be like two downs and price will be higher after them like 10.000$, i believe bitcoin could hit it.

Btc will be close to or at 9k-9.5k by Jan 1 2018. There are 1,5 months to go ;D

My guess is that the BTC parabola continues into January. So I’ll say: $11,300

I'm hoping that BTC price goes high like $10k+ but I wish I'd have invested first before that happens.  ;D

Too many folks want 10k. So probably near 9900$ whales will end the party.

at the first day of year 2018. bitcoin will reach the top at more than 10000$ and drop down quickly.

base on my own opinion the btc price in january 2018 is $12k

I think initial year 2018 bitcoin will reach the top at more than 10500$.

But suddenly decrease because of no buyers available at high price.

The trend continues -----> $12,000 on Jan 1st 2018 :)

My guess is $9500. How do I know? I don't know. Just a wishful thinking  ;D

i think bitcoin will reach 10000$ in the 1st jan of 2018, its price usually very high at a special day.
