Title: Paper wallet with big QR codes Post by: tinus42 on June 26, 2013, 08:35:21 PM Is there a paper wallet with big QR codes? My Samsung Galaxy S2 can't scan the QR codes of the Bitaddress.org paper wallet and derivative wallets (such as the Dr. Evil one). My iPad can. It suck a bit if I give my relatives a paper wallet and their phone can't scan the QR code because it is too small.
I have two printers, a Canon MP550 inkjet scanner/printer and a Brother HL1250 laser printer. Paper wallets printed with either of them can't be scanned by the Samsung Galaxy S2 with the Android Bitcoin app. Title: Re: Paper wallet with big QR codes Post by: Remember remember the 5th of November on June 26, 2013, 08:36:49 PM Is there a paper wallet with big QR codes. I have no such issue with my Samsung Galaxy S2, I am using the Barcode Scanner app. However I admit I scanned it from the monitor and NOT actual printed paper.I have two printers, a Canon MP550 inkjet printer and a Brother HL1250 laser printer. I have two printers, a Canon MP550 inkjet scanner/printer and a Brother HL1250 laser printer. Paper wallets printed with either of them can't be scanned by the Samsung Galaxy S2 with the Android Bitcoin app. and besides, try to use another barcode printer (http://www.keepautomation.com/products/barcode_printer/) ? We just need another good Litecoin QR scan app, the one existing isn't good. (not reading well). My design (a bitaddress.org fork) has fairly large QR codes and more importantly, whitespace around them which is often the sticky point for scanning. Give it a shot. https://bitcoinpaperwallet.com https://bitcoinpaperwallet.com/images/front-back-sample-big.jpg https://bitcoinpaperwallet.com/bitcoinpaperwallet/images/finished-sample-sealed.jpg Title: Re: Paper wallet with big QR codes Post by: xraymikek on December 16, 2013, 04:45:20 PM Is there a paper wallet with big QR codes.
