Hi everyone, I just want to ask why is my eth balance 0 when I have alt coins? I received some coins from airdrops yet it does not have value. Am totally newbie to this thing so pls understand. How can I trade my altcoins or should I say monetize my altcoins? Thanks!

your token wich you get it from airdrop not instantly converted to ethereum, you need to sell it at etherdelta. but you also need a little eth for gas (fee) 0.005 is more than enough to do like 7 until 10 transaction i guess

First of all you need to deposit some Ethereum for your wallet because without this you cannot withdraw any coin its must for gas fees then you need to do some work as first check on which exchanges your tokens available for trading then start this all never send any coin to any other person because these are not reversible and you can lost your these tokens

You have to first transfer some fund to your wallet so that you will be able to pay the gas fees. Without your fund transfer you will not be able to take them out. And you can also search for the exchange sites in which your token is listed to trade, and start trading from there. And one more thing, always try to open your wallet in incognito mode.

Most likely you were sent tokens of some of the projects. But for their movement it is necessary to have on account some amount of etherium for gas. So you have to throw a little etherium on the bill.

You have to put some ethereum to wallet and after that you will be able to trade with them, because it is the requirement of wallet and after that you can put into exchanges.

If your balance is zero, how can you trade? Than? And how do you prove that you have coins in your wallet? If the number of coins is zero, then there are none. Perhaps if someone directed you to them you indicated the wrong address of your wallet.

First of all, you should register an account on Etherdelta exchange (https://etherdelta.com/). Then you can find the token symbol which you owned. Afterthat you can deposit all your tokens on your etherdelta account.

Usually the vast majority of altcoins are traded on the so-called Etherdelta stock exchange. You can sell from Etherdelta and get something else. My suggestion will be to keep the money from fake sites.
