Logirethem? Never heard about them. But generelly you can trade your tokens, as soon they are listed on exvhangers. So you can send them from your wallet to deposit address and simply sell/trade them. If your are lucky, they are already listed on coinmarketcap, that shows all markets, where you can trade your coins.

you need some gas to transfer your token
to some exchanger site.
after you deposit your token
sell it .
i'm trading my tokens in Etherdelta .

I have also got some logarithm LGC tokens in my wallet during airdrop. LGC is not yet listed on any exchange, as soon as it is listed on an exchange, you can then convert it to ether.
One of the easy method i use to exchange tokens is to import your private key on etherdlta and deposit your tokens internally from personal wallet to etherdelta.
Remember that making transfers in ether network requires gas. Means you must maintain some main balance in your wallet to initiate transfers.

Try with etherdelta exchange or any other decentralized exchange.
They are listing all erc20 tokens so you will probably find there what you are looking for, in your case logirethem tokens.

First is you need a gad at your wallet
Gas will ac as your transaction fee for the transactions you about to made
Then check your coin at any exchanger that your using in the transaction, be sure that it is listed to this exchanger
Then transfer your token in the exchanger then sell the token on your preferred price suggested by the coun exchanger

Maybe what he means is Logarithm token

you get 555 LGR token right ?

it simply, as you get it, once you get a token :
1. Add it to MEW token list
You can check token's contract address, decimal and symbol di etherscan.io/ethplorer.io, open your address in etherscan.io and click the token list, after you there, you can read smart contract, there's a title 'contract address','decimal','SYM'
2. Go into your mew account, and click add custom token, copy all of those three important thing into mew custom token field
3. Go into official etherdelta website, click import account and input your public address and private key
4. If your token isn't official listed yet, you can change token ticker of etherdelta by its contract address
ex : etherdelta.com/#1234-ETH
that 1234 is the contract address
5. Try to reload it, and you may see your token in the left side, if you want to transfer it, just click Deposit, and fill the amount of token you want to transfer and click Deposit

Done, and there will be pop-up of your deposit transactions
