We believe our property platform will revolutionise the entire property industry and it will provide choice to individuals with how they wish to transact property. It will make the property transactions faster, cheaper and more efficient, whilst the use of blockchain technology will reduce the risk of fraud and smart contracts will reduce human error and used with escrow to decrease the failure rate of property transactions and failure rate in the chain. We will also provide real time tracking of the property transaction process.


The UK HM Land Registry have released a business strategy document to have their own blockchain built for land registry by 2022 with the mission “To become the world’s leading land registry for speed, simplicity and an open approach to data”. Once completed, we will look to implement our blockchain platform with the government blockchain to complete the land registry.

Agent Not Needed will first be available to the UK allowing individuals to buy and sell property with the plan to later expand into other English speaking countries such as the US, Canada and Australia, adding our property rental solution to the platform and then to expand to other global non English speaking countries around the world.

My only question is why do you need a token, let alone your own token for a per to per property portal? Why can't you an already existing infrastructure, such as Hyperledger?

Ok basically right now in the UK the government doesn't allow for property sales to be completed on the blockchain though they are in discussion to change that legislation and are looking to work with private companies in that area to help create that solution (Source) (https://www.gov.uk/government/news/hm-land-registry-signals-the-start-of-its-transformation).

The token sale is to help us raise the funds to complete our property portal as we planned to use tokens on the platform anyway as platform credits. We are 90% complete with our beta version but for the full version we need further funding. Once the UK Government have changed legislation to allow property transactions to be completed using the blockchain, we will make a decision on whether to build on the blockchain or use hyperledger based on the need of the industry. We are creating an ERC20 token which can be used on the platform to sell or rent property on the platform, advertise on the platform or sell to other users on the platform.

Looking forward to this project.  I signed up for the Bounty.  It it be nice to sell property and not have to pay realator fees - it can be an expense that makes the sell of the property un-profitable.

The UK Government's Land Registry have released their strategy document to change the way land registry is done by using the blockchain instead. This is going to happen and we are going to be ready for when it is! We will be the first Property Platform to utilise the blockchain and we are going to revolutionize the property industry world wide!

I don't know if this is the first of its kind in the crypto currency but this is revolutionary you mentioned that a beta version is coming up, we are all looking forward to that the beta platform is the most important step if the project looks forward to its success.

It really is revolutionary, we are going to make huge waves in the real estate industry. Originally we were going to release a BETA version but we have been so active working on the BETA that it has actually become 'Version One' which is a fully operational Peer to Peer Property Platform that removes the need for Estate Agents to transact property. Our property marketplace is built for individuals not estate agents/realters so the control is back in the individuals hands giving them the option to handle the sale themselves which can be quicker, less stressful and save money.

The platform uses ICR + TLSC + ICO Sale to regulate ANN tokens. Investors can only buy tokens in ICO and IRC, TLSC can only receive tokens, then when TLSC reaches 90%, you will have a new ICO to raise fund. So you control the whole platform, so do you lose the decentralized nature of the blockchain?

The ICR (Internal Core Reserve) is setup so if a platform user needs add tokens then 50% of purchase come from us so that our company can generate revenue to pay costs, pay staff wages etc. This account can only send tokens to the TLSC so the community can rest assured that any tokens we as a company hold won't be dumped on any exchange and also that we do not control the tokens. The ICR can only send tokens to the TLSC.

The TLSC (Time Locked Smart Contract) is where any ANN tokens that are spent on the platform go. All tokens that are spent on the platform are sent to this account which will be setup to only be able to receive tokens not send them. The reason is the same as for the ICR account, it takes away any control of the tokens by our company so that the community can be assured that we cannot send those tokens anywhere or dump them on an exchange. Once the TLSC accumulates 90% of all ANN tokens in existence  then it will allow us to run another token sale at that point with the price per token being the price at that time.

The reason there are two separate accounts with limited functionality is because the ICR is the tokens we as a company are selling through our internal marketplace whilst the TLSC is where all ANN tokens end up.


We have no control over ANN tokens, the price of ANN tokens will depend on public demand just like any other cryptocurrency, the above was designed to assure our community that we have no intention to dump any tokens which the smart contract will prove. No need to take our word and trust our words, the smart contract takes away any control we might have which we have done as a sign that we don't want to control and can't control the ANN tokens we hold or accumulate.

That's what sets us apart from many others, we have a live product even before our token sale launch. We will make this company big, and with the help of our community we will be able to get the exposure we need to raise the funds to build the full blockchain version of our property marketplace. The breakdown of funds is as follows;

15% - Sales & Business Operations
10% - Advisors
20% - Product Development
30% - Marketing
20% - Team (Operation costs, salaries, team bonuses)

Right now in phase one we are focusing on removing the estate agents from the process. The estate agents in the UK don't handle the legals. We will pass the agreed sales on to a solicitor and conveyor to complete and when the UK HM Land registry blockchain is ready in 2022 we will impliment with it.

For other countries we will create unique versions of our platform to fit with the laws and regulations of those countries and replace what currently exists with tech that can do it much quicker and much cheaper.
