Title: U.S State & ISP's
Post by: JJimenez650 on November 22, 2017, 08:44:14 PM
If i decide to seriously go all in to this mining thing will my ISP at some point have a problem with it (will i face bandwidth throttling/caps,fines or ban)

I live in NYC and came across this https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/BitLicense

is it legal to mine crypto in my state?

Any feedback and answers much appreciated~

Your ISP won't know anything. If you that worried use a VPN. Bitcoin mining is legal there. It's legal everywhere you just need power and monig equipment. If you payng for the power and have a place to out them then it's fine. I'm not sure about this license story but you not a company you just a miner. Also noone is going to know you mining and none needs to know. Nothing to worry about. Have fun!! :)
