Good coin market has come, I think eth can rise to 500usd. What do you think?

No one can give you exactly a precise answer, all you can do is wait for it to rise. If you have the money to buy, make your bags full of eth as it will not only go $500, it will increase around $600 and surely will provide you high return of investments.

Think better to invest now in Monero and then later sell these and buy ETH, this forum made me an ETH fan too, hope to get it soon too and yes 500 will be ez target, better say 1500 for spring/summer 2018  :P

I hope so, Many people will be millionare holding eth. Since eth ICos boomed, eth price increase slowly. Eth price drop due to the bitcoin jump to 6000-8000. Now , the price recover as before 360 USD. However, eth to btc price hope will reach 0.1 BTC. That's a great price that eth before.

Possible, ETH is a great coin. And it has been hovering around $300 level for quite a long time, a few months if I remember correctly. Now is it's time to shine! Go make new ATH

Certainly eth will go to $500 and above earlier ETH touches a level of $ 600. Now again it will touch the same level and after that will come back to $150.

Go find a smaller market cap coin that can go 400% or 4000%

Well in the future yes, but this year ? I don't think so. But hey ! do make your own homework about the market don't just depend on any speculation. Though yes ETH is a good coin but you have to be more careful because of many scams happening on ETH recently.

Yeah me too, for the last year i sure the price ethereum will hit $500. So for now i hold my ethereum in my wallet, and the new year i will exchange to money cash, just wait and see.

It's going to be 500 bucks faster than we all thought in my opinion. There are a lot of good news accumulating for the Ethereum platform/foundation while other coins have to constantly fight off drama and political debacles.

Same here, in own point of view. It definitely can hit 500 USD without an issue. Its uprising for the past few days are we are now at $380 and its just November of 2017.

When we hit on December, i expect most coins and the market to jump at least 10-15% or even 20% if market goes optimistic

Let take a look on BCH , no one able expect that it can reach high value yesterday. Well it's just same as ETH , as Microsoft already use ETH as well , it has a chance that ETH will have uptrend on the future

We dont know what is going to happen on the market because it is too soon to predict that.
But i am very sure that all the altcoins who are on the top 10 are going to have a very huge pump during the next year, and i am not saying this only based on speculations.

Just think about how much did the market grow during this year, it has been incredible, and now a lot of companies, governments, and all this thing is now interested on bitcoin and their technology.

It is just matter of time until all people decide to put more interest on bitcoin, so yes, it will take some time, but ethereum and bitcoin will probably be worth more than x5 of the actual price, maybe less, but they are capable of that.

Hope so it will reach $500 as i what i see with only ranged to $350 - $400.

In my opinion ETH can reached that price, even $1000 in the future. Because ETH is the strongest altcoin for now and Ethereum will be big just like the internet. ETH has solid and professional team founder and developer, ETH is flexibility because the blockchain use as smart contract for many start ups project.  Cost of transaction is lower than Bitcoin and also more speed. These all reason will bring the price of ETH going up in the longterm.

The ethereum has a much bigger potential than just 500$, but this requires more time. A lot of projects are just beginning to use ethereum netwok in their infrastructure. In 2018-2019, they will start working at full power and more projects will appear.

i agree that ethereum could rise to $500 but we need to waiting for this is happen. the movement of the coins can not be predicted now especially if bitcoin price still rise and it will makes altcoin stay at bottom. one thing that i know, the altcoin price will be rise and if that time is come, we will see the higher price for each of altcoin.

Yes definitely its will touch 500$ in next 8-10 months , as i have seen Ether's chart from last 1 month Ether was in a certain range of 280-310$ , and now as its broke the upper range of 310$ with huge pumping volume its now going to life time high and its going up but I think there should be a resistance at 390-410$ and at this level Ether will again be range bound for some time and if it break 420$ the upper range  with good pumping volume, its will flare till 500$. And now a days you can see many many ICO coming with eher platform.so its will be best to invest for long term vision for good return.

It may happen at the end of this year, but I don't know how much will it long for.

If there’s an alt that I want to invest with that’s probably ethereum because so far this coin has the capabilities to increase like bitcoin I can say that if people will divert some of their investment to another alt that is surely ethereum. Sooner in 2018 this coin will appreciate and will give a high return on investment and I want to be part of the success of this coin.

EThereum has been around for years and the developers has made a lot of progress towards the coin itself, but im still a little worried about were it will lead the coin now because of the news that it will be PoS, well if this happens the coin value will go down and might not reach the price what people are speculating.

The Rise can be seen soon as it's been a long time since the prices of Eth are too down. But let me tell you that Eth is not purely decentralized. It is just a mixture of both centralize and decentralize currency. As most people say it is the number 2 currency after bitcoins and it will rise. The best thing is that we buy it right now when Eth prices are almost lowest ones.

ETH definitely has the potential to cross $500 as it's technology is being used by most of the ICOs and other platforms.

Anything that possible to happen in bitcoin might also be going to happen with altcoins( most probably to ethereum). Even though ups and downs are usually to happen but we just keep and hold it for it will reach that certain amount or more.

Yes Ethereum can reach to $500 USD but not in this year. As we all know Bitcoincoin Fork is coming in December, so Ethereum and other altcoins will go down because when bitcoin launch fork, altcoins go down. the reason behind is people dump altcoins to get Bitcoin and altcoins go into red. I think it can--it was just 3$ last January and has grown astronomically since then. This is just my blind faith, but I am very positive that the fact that ethereum keeps on increasing despite the fact that bitcoin is breaking ATHs every moment is a good sign.

There is a high chances for ether cross 600$ in next couple weeks because even i am personally using ethereum for most of transaction . Most of the payment i receive in the form ether because of bitcoin high confirmation time and Transaction fees. So ethereum is next best option for transaction after bitcoin.

Only $100 or 20% which is quite easy to see in today's cryptocurrency markets when coins are getting pumped at rates more than double their current net worth. For such a big coin like ETH which peolpe have always thought to be the biggest contender for bitcoin's top spot in the cryptocurrency rankings, to generate some hype in the form of anything(e.g. new fork to increase scalability etc.), will mean a big price hike.

ETH deserves a lot and that too very quickly. In the same time btc has shot at what rate in just last 6 months and compared to that BTC is still near about same without much increase. the rate at which ETH needs to grow is not happening considering this coin to be the next BTC types. if you look at ETH as BTC 2.0 regarding tech and problems it solves, there is no reason for ETH not to follow BTC in price movement. In my opinion it will rise up to 900-1000 usd in the 2018.

I think probably ETH reach 500USD before the year ended,As BTC and ETH remain the two top cryptos,their relationship with each other seems a compelling relevant source of prediction and no matter how many stories,I read about BTC's declining market cap share,i think that's a good thing - since BTC + ETH = 72% of the crypto market,and some 800 other coins (excluding Ripple) share a mere 15% of the entire field.

We all know that this coin is legit and it has good progress since start but i notice the slow increase of value in the past couple of months i think because of the surge value of bitcoin but i feel and i believed that in the future the value of ethereum will rich more than 500$ and it would gives more profit to all of us who holds ethereum.

ETH getting to $500 is not really impossible and i think that it may happen sooner than we expect in my own opinion,  yes some other platforms will be out to compete with Ethereum,  but Ethereum is already up there and will continue to go up while others come behind.

I do hope it will reach $500. However, we are never sure. Compared to bitcoin, it is less volatile and it has a slow pace when it comes to price hike. It may happen but it may take a longer time. Our only option is to wait.

Ethereum is a potential alt coin that can have a crazy price in the future. If the demand for it is high, there is a chance for it to even reach 1K usd, in my own opinion. Another thing to consider is the fact that most ICOs uses ETH as their fuel to fundraise their project and of course their tokens are ERC-20 compliant.

The question is not if it's reaching 500 or not. The question is when.

There's no reason it can't hit $500 in the short-term. The only real obstacle is ATH resistance. Longer term Eth can be vastly higher than $500, we are still in the very early days and a long way from mainstream adoption when Eth becomes a household name.

I think eth is promising, and the price always goes up continuously. most likely eth price will rise up to $ 500, in addition, eth price is very stable to date compared to other coins. I think eth has a greater potential than this.

For now even if all alt coins come together they still can’t match bitcoin.But in long term i am sure that ethereum will be good challenge for bitcoin.considering mid term ethereum will still be very profitable because 500 dollars is still allow for ethereum . We will watch and see.

If you compare the majority of the main coins against each other in a graphical way, the top few seem to follow trends with each other. Therefore I'm going to think that ETH will certainly rise to $500 and most likely it will carry on growing. As coins like ETH LTC.. little changes have an immediate effect even if you only have .5 of a coin. Whereas with btc you'd only have 0.002 which you wont notice as much.

But yes.. I'm saying it should rise to $500 at least.... When... who knows!

It is possible that Ethereum's market value will hit $500 soon and will keep rising as time, improvement and development goes by. Now is the best time to invest in ETH, or if you are already holding some, keep HODLing them. I believe in ETH, among other altcoins, Ethereum is the best. I can see that it has a really great potential, and will never become a shitcoin.

I hope so, but I think it is not so easy to get that state, one reason is that a lot of ico projects have raised a lot of eth, they may sell them to have funds for development.

I have also notice that. Since there are so many ICO's which are ethereum based, we could not also neglect that idea of so much dumping for the development, but overall its all good, there is no precise answer if its going to happen, and besides I am looking for what will happen for long term, not only for short term, i've been planning to invest some also on ethereum.

Ethereum requires mining, and will soon change to PoS. It cannot be generated in unlimited amounts. You're confusing tokens with Ethereum. You can create as many ECR20 tokens as you like, but they are not true Ethereum (no matter what people call them).

Judging from its usability it's probably is certain growth $500 is easy considering it had been already static and quiet for a while now. It's very hard to predict price in Cryptocurrency. Personally I like the ethereum project, a strong team and great market potential. We have to remember that bitcoin also passed the stages where ethereum is in right now. The posibility of ethereun to pass $500 is inivitable and could posibly be done this year or early next year, that would be a good news for crypto traders.

I can only suggest whatever currencies trend is nobody knows, we can only predict and take  a call. Based on that i feel ETH has got  a long way to go and its in its early ages. I sometimes feel ETH may touch BTC price as well based on the good set up and technology it has got. It is not about comparing but it is about earning and not losing your investments. It has already cross the $500 mark. the moment I saw DASH approaching $1000, I knew ethereum can never remain below $500! How high ethereum will go is not yet clear for me as it has some issue to deal with.

I also agree that in the near future ETH can rise up close to bitcoin.  With the use of ETH, anyone can transact in most of exchangers. With this,  BTC in most exchanges is transferred and converted via GAS, which is based on ETH.  Maybe in the near future no one would want to use too much ETH just for converting bitcoin,  so instead of  many conversions, there would be a direct conversion of fiats to ETH and vice versa, allowing the use of ETH at its maximum advantage. Less loss of eth due to transaction fee, which in later scenario,  many would be glad to get their fiat with a low deduction starting from a exchanger.

Same here, as I read the first page on its date and it's  just a month ago which their speculation could reach for just $500. Well, ethereum has it's own ride to the moon, and I don't think some people invest a huge amount since they think ethereum didn't works. As my own observation about ethereum, its value pumping little by little and base on my research it was increasing because of the crypto kitties which is demand and popular. Hopefully it could reach up to $1,000 by the of this year since its value as of this time is about $820.

I think ethereum might even reach $1000 by the end of the year. It is obvious that many are into the said technology but my experience so far with the coin has been dissapointing. Ethereum transactions I made so far are a bit slow. Already adjusted the Gas but still takes hours for me. Not sure if its me or ETH itself that is slow.
