Title: Claymore undervolt settings, need help please
Post by: Dougoll on November 23, 2017, 03:28:01 AM
Hi! I finished my build with 6x RX 580. The undervolt parameters (-mvddc and -cvddc) doesn't seem to apply on the cards. I also tried undervolting with MSI AFTERBURNER but it won't let me change the undervolt settings even though I checked the box in the settings.

Anybody encountered the same issue and found a solution?

You need to use OverdriveNTool to change voltages. This is analogous to the program WattTool that has stopped working driver 17.7.2 and above.

Another vote for OverdriveNTool

It works normally for me. (-mvddc and -cvddc)

using blockchain driver edition.

Remember to reset the boards in the afterburner and close it.

It depends on the card, works with some cards and doesn't work with others. Same thing as voltage offsets in WattTool, used to work with only a couple of my cards and didn't do anything with others.

Yep, they don't work for most of my Polaris cards as well. Try overdriventool.

What version of claymore's are you using?

Never had any problems with the mvddc and cvddc settings and I have all types of RX series cards (470/480/570/580).
Have you modded your bioses? You won't be able to use those configurations unless it is modded and unlocked.

for me via claymore works on all polaris 470/480/570/580

But overdriventool also works very well.
