Title: Controlling Dreams - Lucid Dreaming
Post by: audrey on June 27, 2013, 02:03:52 PM

I have done it a couple of times this year, but it seems hard to master the art.

It may help to dream, wake up and fall back into your dream.  I've done the impossible in lucid dreams of mine.

I wish I could. I tried a couple of times but didn't succeed. :(

Well I believe the closest I've been to lucid dreaming was making a dog appear and attack me at which point I got startled out of the dream even my legs went up

Everytime you think "Don't think about it" you actually start thinking about something that you don't want to.

Yeah that's a certain 'bug' of the human brain.

So lets say you're dreaming and you look across the room and you see a drink that you want to drink.. Do you actually walk over to the drink or are you suddenly drinking?

I can only recall one night where I was lucid dreaming. I remember waking up and thinking "Wow that was awesome!". I don't think I have the patience or determination to try and actively try and lucid dream.
